lovely experience at this starbucks today. sarvenas was so sweet and helpful while i deliberated my order. i ended up getting the summer refresher and it was indeed refreshing.
After finish my drink, ask for a cup of water to refill my cup, the lady said she will help me with it and constantly letting ppl cut my line and making other ppl’s drink and food for 5 mins non-stop, why the hell u said yes to me? Why don’t just say no you are busy?
What is wrong with the new starbucks policy.. u need to pay for water now 💔💔💔💔
My experience at this Starbucks today was phenomenal!! I have a severe allergy to a current spring ingredient which I identified to the barista taking my order. They made sure to throughly sanitize the shaker cup to ensure that there was no cross-contamination and made it clear to all staff which cup it was and why. I was glad I am able to enjoy my refresher with no concern for my health. The professionalism and care shown from the entire staff team is something noteworthy!!
Thanks Nuri for your professionalism and great service.
If you want to take a good coffee and read some books in an amazing atmosphere, this is the best place around
I recently visited this location of starbucks and I had wonderful experience. I usually drunk cookie crumble frap but this one was the best till the date. August was the sweet girl who served me she is amazing and best in making this drink. Highly recommended!
They were not really cooperative and the mocha cafe didn’t tasted as usual , not a pleasant experience 😬😬
Terrible cashier. The refill needs to be done in the store, and you can’t even sit in Indigo. There are only three benches in the Starbucks store. Zero star. Thank you Starsucks.
Terrible service, the customer's name was misspelled!
Expensive coffee of Starbucks without any of the atmosphere associated with Starbucks. Seating area limited and the vibes is not that great considering that it's next to Indigo; but, not inside it. Can't bring books in without purchasing them and don't have much spot for relaxing and enjoying your coffee.
Stay are friendly and service is fast though.

Extremely slow service. While it's a busy location, there is only one barista. I was waiting for 10 minutes to place an order and another 15 to pick it up. Please add more people.

The Starbucks at Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill deserves an excellent review.
This is a cozy and comfortable place to relax while shopping, where you can enjoy quality coffee, popular seasonal drinks and a variety of snacks.
The staff is polite and friendly, serves quickly and is always ready to help with the choice of drinks or suggest something new.
The atmosphere is cozy and you can often find a place to sit quietly with a drink, work or meet friends.
This Starbucks in Hillcrest Mall is a great place to take a quick break and enjoy your favorite coffee in a pleasant environment.
Indigo is located nearby and you can grab your favorite coffee, latte, cappuccino and retire with a book in a cozy atmosphere.
Large free parking and many shops nearby are a big plus.
Interesting facts about Starbucks:
1. Founding: Starbucks was founded in 1971 in Seattle, USA. The first store opened in Pike Place Market and sold only coffee beans and coffee brewing equipment. By the way, the logo at that time was completely different and depicted a siren from ancient Greek myths - its image has been preserved to this day.
2. Name and Inspiration: The name "Starbucks" was chosen from the novel "Moby Dick" by Herman Melville, where Starbuck was Captain Ahab's mate. The founders wanted to highlight the connection to the maritime theme and adventure associated with coffee beans traveling across oceans.
3. The First Latte and Espresso: It wasn't until the 1980s that Starbucks began selling espresso and espresso-based drinks, including the much-loved latte. The idea came after Howard Schultz, the future CEO, traveled to Italy, where he was amazed by the café culture and decided to bring something similar to America.
4. Social Responsibility: Starbucks actively promotes environmental and social initiatives. The company aims to use only recyclable and compostable materials, support fair trade and invest in rural coffee growing communities.
5. Available Wi-Fi and a unique atmosphere: Another reason why it’s so nice to sit in a Starbucks next to the Indigo bookstore is that the company consciously creates an atmosphere of a “third place” between home and work. Available Wi-Fi, pleasant music and soft sofas make this a popular place for work and relaxation

I am lactose intolerant and cannot have regular milk. I asked twice to remove the regular milk and add almond milk instead. She said OK, but when I got my coffee, I felt dizzy and checked the app—she hadn’t removed the regular milk! This isn’t just a preference; it’s a health concern, not a joke!
I came to your branch on Monday, October 20, it was my birthday, and your employee, who was an Indian girl, treated me very badly and unfriendly on my birthday, and I was very upset, and I will not come to your branch again.
