One of the absolute slowest Starbucks . 3 ppl working and waited over 15 minutes for a drink. Unacceptable! So rediculous. Speed is not of importance . It’s relatively not busy at this moment and it’s taking forever and a day for a drink. Not impressed ! I didn’t even get a complicated drink!

Starbucks inside an Indigo / accessible through a mall storefront. No surprises here. Gets quite busy but they seem to manage the volume well. The barista calls out when she’s starting each customer’s drink by name which is a nice touch.Gets a bit crowded because of the volume of orders and also because people are coming in from outside to get to/from the Indigo. The floors feel a bit grungy but it’s directly accessible from outdoors so there’s that.And they have nitro cold brew.

It is stated that they are open until 8:30pm on Sunday, but when I went all the way there at around 8:10pm, they were closed; the staff on duty showed little care.
The coffee wasn't good. My daughter got a Frappuccino but she couldn't drink it as the lid was smaller than the cup so it kept spelling coffee all over her clothes. At the beginning the coffee was extremely hot.

This is the only Starbucks at Hillcrest (the other one is gone). It is located near the Homesense. Staff are always wonderful, but there is very, very limited seating. The other one used to have a patio so this is unfortunate.Vegetarian options: They have oat milk etc in case you are vegan.
