Ordered a matcha without sugar, I order the same thing everyday never had a problem until today. There was sugar, I had to come back all the way from my meeting to get a remake. It was a disaster, such a stressful day. On top of that she was claiming that she did not add any sugar and indirectly telling me I’m lying. The other employee which was really nice, made me a remake and there was a big difference. Some of these employees are really poorly trained and don’t know customer service!

Zero accountability!! This is what really makes me upset, everyone makes mistakes but not taking accountability is just appalling to me.

I ordered coffee here it was like tap water cold and I asked them to replace my coffee and again it was same as the other one cold.

The staff at this Starbucks are amazing—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. The coffee is great, and the atmosphere is usually wonderful. However, the store is freezing cold. I brought a thermometer, and the temperature where I sat was 18°C (64.4°F), even though the system shows 70°F. Cold air blows directly from the AC, and many customers, including myself, are visibly uncomfortable, wearing jackets and hats.

The staff explained they have limited control over the centralized temperature, but this needs to change. Starbucks’ central management must allow stores more control over their environment to ensure customer comfort. It’s unacceptable for regulars and others to feel this cold while trying to enjoy their coffee.

“Today I visited Starbucks and was unpleasantly surprised. I saw flies sitting directly on the croissants in the display case. This is completely unacceptable for a place of this level! How can they talk about quality if even basic hygiene standards aren’t maintained? Very disappointed, and I’m unlikely to come back here again.”

Music is too loud and still have the AC on in the winter, December ! I called the District Manager but looks like AC problem is still not fixed. Taking my almost daily business elsewhere.

A busy location with lots of seating and plugs for getting work done. That said, it’s decently loud. They have a drive-thru!

The staff on Thursday evening did not know how to charge a starbacks card and it took her forever to figure it out.then at the pick up the girl who was in charge did not even call my name just said the name of the dei k with lots of attitude.
On Friday afternoon when I went to drive thru to order a simple coffee with cream, just handed me plain black coffee !!! I noticed after I was out of drive thru! Train your staff! Also train them for customer service skills!!!!

Ordered a shaken latte, i guess the barrista got lazy or something and didnt bother to shake/mix it at all. the drink came completely unmixed. cant believe they cant get the order correct on a 8$ drink.

I go to this location at least once a week for years. I have always had a good experience but a few weeks ago, I got there and ordered coffee, the lady who took my order (Nikki if I remember correctly, blond-bleached hair) was super rude! I go to Starbucks to be treated like royalty! What they do at every other location. They chat nicely with you and make you feel good about your day and this was the first time I was treated as if I was at a dingy diner in he middle of nowhere! She got my order wrong and stood there arguing with me! “You asked for X but I will give you Y since you insist!” She charged me for a “large” (it’s not large, Starbucks calls it grande) when I had ordered a “small” (it’s tall sweetheart! At least learn the terminology of Starbucks) and stood there flirting with the younger, male baristas! Do your job. Flirt on your own time, not mine, and one last reminder: “Correcting a customer’s order won’t make you go bankrupt! It does not come out of your pocket!”
