Very friendly staff who work quickly and efficiently. The place itself is like a noisy school canteen/dinner hall with a drive through, not an inviting coffee shop for cosy conversations. There's not many seating areas. It needs redesigning!

The staffs here don’t seem get trained . Everyone making the drink their own way depends their mood. I ordered the same drink 3 days straight and none of them taste the same. some choose to mix some just add at the end. there is a girl made my tea filled it full cup then realize there other things to put in . She did not measure she just filled it tiny bit otherwise it is over flow . but she doesn’t care she made it right or not.
Staff is rude here . On a very hot day , I ordered venti drink and 2 pastries , I brought in a 6” subway sandwich . When I sit down about to have my lunch , a girl came to me and ask me to leave. I told her I ordered a drink and food here . She said: I don’t care … you can’t eat here

fast service and good drinks but the best part is all the space that a lot of starbucks lack. plenty of space to work, good wifi, and great atmosphere if one prefers a bustling environment over a quiet library.
I rarely write reviews but today I decided to treat myself and get a drink and my barista (I think her name was Shyla) was so sweet. She right away greeted me with a smile and took my order, she let me know that any customizations I was to have would cost extra (other baristas don’t usually tell me). On top of that, she made sure to scan my points which many forget to do. She was so sweet and her vibe was so welcoming and caring. She got my drink to me very quickly and even handed me a straw. The customer service skills are perfect. The place was also very clean and thorough, lots of space and got through everybody’s orders quickly. Will be returning!

Placed a good sized order. Went to pick it up and asked for water. Was sent to stand in line to punch it in. New rules every time I go in. Server in a bad mood - should have stayed home as opposed to be soooo rude!

They are very nice but I ordered a drink with the popping boba online and they said it was available but when I picked the drink up there where no popping boba and they said they had no more even though on the app it said IN STOCK
