I got there at 8:48 PM exact time December 17 is the day on Tuesday. Girls left the place and it says you close at 9:30! So false advertisement on hours. But they close early I really needed my coffee for the night ahead of me 😢😣

Garbage bin is full.
The shop close at 8:30 but by 7:30pm the staff is already cleaning the floor, making the floors so wet although they put 2 signs but there are still ten customers in the store.

I love how they ask for tip at drive through windows and if you don't tip your sandwich will look like mine. This is becoming ridiculous. If I'm not using your stablishment and I'm just at a quick drive through why are you asking me for tip and giving me attitude when I press no thank you. Never going back thats forsure!

Freaking dirty. Flies all over

I usually get lattes from this location and constantly find that they are not filling adequately- this is with foam still there (right after getting it). I don’t feel like this location will give you what you pay for. This isn’t a coffee where you need room for milk, it’s a latte.
Otherwise, taste is usually to standard. Staff is friendly but I do find that they are understaffed a lot. This location has waves of people and sometimes the line reaches outside.
Highlight of the location is that the staff is very friendly, I just think they might be overworked.

We’ve been getting delivery & mobile take out from this location frequently for a while but it tastes different every time… sometimes it tastes very very bitter and clumpy, and sometimes it’s very watery. We’ve moved on to another Starbucks nearby and the drinks are made so much nicer. Very disappointed in this location. (especially for Uber eats delivery, it’s like they knew they could just mess it up without getting any complaints…)

I asked my 7 years old son, Aiden, look at this picture and let me know what will come to your mind first? He responded, POOR!!. It was exactly what I thought too!

I guess it’s not nice to show how we enjoy the great coffee from Starbucks but this picture shows how we are getting the coffee which is not appropriate comparing between rich and poor.

Message from my son:

We live in a rich country. Starbucks, why did you put a poor picture on rich country’s board. Could you change it to a happy picture?

I am absolutely disgusted and horrified by my recent experience at Starbucks. While drinking my coffee, a piece of blue plastic came out and stuck to the roof of my mouth. The feeling was revolting, and I almost threw up in my car. I am ashamed that Starbucks, a brand I once trusted, could let something like this happen. How on earth do you ignore such a major quality control issue? I can’t believe the negligence that allowed this to slip through. This experience has shattered my trust in your brand.

And on top of this, despite such a messed-up service, the staff still expect a tip. If you dare to leave a low tip or none at all, they start acting really weird.
What the hell is this? Starbucks, you need to get your act together because this is absolutely unacceptable.
