Drive thru and dine in is good the pumpkin spice latte is perfect in the fall

Earlier today, I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at your store while attempting to purchase a gift card.
While I was inside the store, two employees (one male and one female) informed me that the in-store system (either the register or the payment terminal) was not functioning properly and directed me to go outside to the drive-through to complete the payment. To avoid any misunderstanding, I specifically asked whether I could simply take the gift card and pay at the drive-through, and I was clearly told yes.
However, when I went to the drive-through to make the payment, I was then told that I needed to return inside the store. When I explained that both employees inside had instructed me to pay outside, I was told that drive-through service requires customers to be in a vehicle and that they could not process my payment unless I was driving.
If this was a strict requirement, it should have been clearly communicated from the beginning. Despite asking for confirmation inside the store, I was still given incorrect or incomplete information. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth and a significant waste of time.
Additionally, as this occurred today in very cold weather, I was left waiting outside for a period of time. In the end, I was unable to purchase the gift card at all. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
What makes this experience particularly unfortunate is that the drive-through payment equipment was located very close to the indoor counter, and the situation could have been handled in a much more professional and customer-focused manner. Instead, the lack of coordination and communication made the entire process feel disorganized and unprofessional.
I believe this reflects a need for better staff training and clearer internal communication. Starbucks is known for its customer service standards, but today’s experience fell well below expectations. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I ordered a Cinnamon Dolce Latte at Starbucks today, served in a mug, and it was honestly a great experience. The cinnamon flavor was perfectly balanced and the sweetness wasn’t overwhelming. The milk foam was smooth and aromatic, blending really well with the coffee.
Having it served in a mug made a big difference — it kept the drink warm longer and gave it a cozy, comforting vibe.
Overall, if you’re looking for a warm drink with a unique and delicious flavor, the Cinnamon Dolce Latte is definitely worth trying. I really enjoyed it!

I fear I could not clearly distinguish the name that laid upon the apron of the WONDERFUL Starbucks cashier who took my order, but it was something similar to Morcia.
What a divine lady indeed! So quick with everything, and possesses very good people skills!
I come by this Starbucks often and everyone here has so much hospitality! Even under all the pressure they are under they still remain so sweet!

paid $7 waited 15+ mins for a hot mocha when the app said expected wait was only supposed to be 5 mins when i tried asking for a refund because i was in a rush the guy told me he’s too busy making drinks to help me with that. i overheard other customers sharing the same frustration and after all that my drink wasn’t even hot. ridiculous

End of October, the employees turned on the air conditioner and I ask to turn it off, but they said they can't because of head quarter's order and their system. It was so cold. Don't come to drink coffee. Sucks shivering drinking coffee. Awful experience here. Terrible system.
This Starbucks location always has some issues… only half cup of my drink…. Usually we just ignore it. But today is ridiculous.

Asked for an iced matcha latte no ice without foam. The drink came with half of the cup filled with foam, went back to ask one without foam. The staff came back simply saying it cannot be done and that his colleague works as Barista for 10 years and said it’s not possible to do. Weird it’s not the first time I asked for the same at a Starbucks and was never an issue at other locations but only at this one!
