Ordered at the front, paid with my Starbucks app and nobody was ahead or behind us. There were customers waiting to get their drinks on the other side so I figured we’ll get ours after theirs. 11 minutes pass and the counter is clear of customers but no drinks received. I walk up and barista asks if I’m just waiting on one drink, I told her 2. They then proceeded to make the drinks and got them done shortly after. If I had not followed up, we would’ve waited forever…

I have begun to regularly frequent this location since starting to work in the area and it has quickly become a favourite of mine. I feel the need to highlight one of the stellar baristas here as she makes my visit absolutely top notch whenever she’s around.Nivia is an absolute asset to this crew - from making the best drinks to knowing exactly what to suggest for me to try or grab as a snack for the drive home while being such a fantastic energy and boost to my day. I commend her customer service and hard work and for allowing this to become my new go to spot! Many thanks for all you do!

It’s overpriced coffee, it’s even not tasty it’s disgusting. I’ve paid almost 7 dollars for nothing. I got so hot cappuccino that I couldn’t drink it. It’s strange because cappuccino isn’t usually so hot. The coconut milk was very sweet, it shows that there added sugar so it’s not real coconut milk.Outdated and very old tables, needed re-innovation.

just wanted to write here that the staff at this location are really disrespectful, especially this one employee who i have seen multiple times being rude to a certain staff member. been coming here for years and didn’t notice any problems until recently, the environment is just not it. it always seems like a negative environment going in there, which for a Starbucks you’d think it would be the opposite. please change the attitude of your employees, as i would love to start coming back to this location as it was close to me but after what i’ve witnessed, ill take my services elsewhere.

The most demeaning, arrogant, and disgusting customer service I have experienced in all the GTA/Toronto. The young girl behind the register who helped me today needs an attitude check. I hope that a manager or supervisor sees this and speaks with their staff. No one should ever make another individual feel the way this person attempted to make me feel today. It was deeply bureaucratic and obnoxious. Just one more reason to stop supporting Starbucks.

The staff are great and the coffee is perfect. The only thing that is really “ANNOYING “ is the wifi! It disconnects every 5 minutes and you need to reconnect!!

So every time I try to order ahead they say tha true North blend is not available in the app. Yet when I get there it’s available. I’ve asked them to correct this issue. It’s not an issue with the app because I don’t have this issue at other Starbucks . I found out this particular Starbucks owners do not update the status on their side. It’s a big inconvenience. I’d give them a much betterAlso they don’t have enough seating space.

I hadn’t been to this Starbucks before, but when I went in to pick up a mobile order for two of us, we were served by Alejandro. He was amazingly friendly, and gave everyone the feeling that he really cared about how they were doing not just about what they were ordering!Working in the service industry is really hard, but having such a great attitude, hopefully keeps the negative people at bay and makes them feel better about their days as well.A coffee with a smile feeds the caffeine habit, but also the heart!
