Inside the Sheraton hotel, the food and coffee options are as expected but the staff were amazing. Greeted w a smile every time and they were friendly, courteous and fast.

Just paid $7 for a pumpkin spice coffee and got a solid 2–3 sips. Gotta love Starbucks—where the prices are grande and the portions are tall.

This is my favourite Starbucks located at the lobby of Sheraton hotel. Armchairs are very comfortable and the atmosphere is very cosy and good. It is nice to meet friends and spend an afternoon there. The staff in this Starbucks are nice and friendly. The drink and food are the same standards as other Starbucks stores.

I ordered a drink without ice, but it was not full. I asked the waiter why it was not full, and the answer was that it was not full without ice. This answer really made me uncomfortable. The drinks without ice in other Starbucks were full.

This cafĆ© inside the hotel has a great vibe, clean, comfy seating and relaxing music. Fresh coffees, the staff were super friendly and fast. I love that it’s in the hotel, making it easy to grab my favorite drink in the morning. Free outdoor parking is a bonus. Great service, kind people, and a perfect start to the day!

Only redeeming quality is that it is in the lobby of the Sheraton so there’s ample space to sit and enjoy what should have been a decent cup of coffee.

Always slow and not even customer focused, long line up of customers with only one person making drinks while the rest is just cleaning or stocking. Waited over 10 minutes for a mobile order only because I asked them when none of them were doing anything and the sticker miraculously just printed itself (not even according to the time stamp).

Additionally the americano they served me wasn’t even the proper portion of water so it was just hot water with a tinge of espresso. adding insult to injury this location is so much more expensive.

Service was fast, drink was really good, staff super kind, patient and friendly. I like that it’s in the hotel because it’s convenient for me to get my favourite drinks in the morning to get my day started ā¤ļøI got the matcha latte and it was so good

This location is located within the hotel and its pretty nice in terms of ambience. I picked up a coffee here on my way. The coffee as always was fresh and nice.

The staff here was a few ladies serving the line when I picked up my order and they were all super nice and friendly.

The location has a huge space to sit and relax to enjoy your coffee with some nice music.

The sitting area is pretty nice and clean and the chairs are really comfy as its located in the hotel lobby.

There is also free outdoor parking wich is nice.

Very bad customer service. Busy chatting with each other, had to wait couple minutes to get served. The girl who is the cashier today, focused on chatting with others while asking for orders. Bad attitude and impolite.
