Your employees need to be TRAINED MORE!They are standing there like idiots and don’t know how to solve problems. Worst experience ever. I ordered online for a pack ground coffee bean but when I arrived 20 minutes later they did nothing for that and asked me to come back later. After I went back like 15 minutes they still did nothing and the Asian lady in front just ignored me and did nothing to solve this? I picked up another unground bean and no one asked me if I want it ground or not.

Worst coffee ever! My coffee tasted like dishwater and was so weak, it didn’t even taste like coffee. Plus it was about 9,000 degrees - way too hot to drink! They made me another one which did taste a bit more like bitter coffee, but still extremely hot.
Decent coffee and quick service. Price was okay considering the area. Nothing crazy to rave about.

I went there in August 13rd at 13:30pm. The service is really bad that I never had from Starbucks. The lady who took our order ( bronze hair young lady around 18 to 20 years old ）was using an angry face to show me, she did not have smile, she did not say (may I help you or may I take your order) she did not repeat what I ordered. We also ordered the cake pop and there have fly inside the refrigerator. Here eye contact is like she hates me, at the end, she miss the drink for my son. The other dark brown hair lady throw the cake pop on the table instead of giving it to my hands.I feel so upset and very disappoint about Starbucks on why Starbucks do not provide training.

I was trying to get my birthday drink but for some reason my app was not working. ?The kind blond girl helped me through the whole process and ended up giving me a free drink even though the offer wouldn't pop up in the app. I forgot to catch her name but I'm great full for the service she provided.
