Very disappointed. As a loyal customer for many years, I’ve never had such a terrible experience. The drink I received was poorly made and undrinkable—it had chunks in it that couldn’t be strained out no matter how hard I tried. Don’t you check your products before serving them to customers? I strongly suggest better training for staff, especially to ensure the ingredients (like milk) are properly checked before preparing drinks.

I just had the worst ever experience at the Starbucks drive through. First they gave the matcha without properly stirring as the sugar was at the bottom with chunks of matcha in it. After a long long wait in the drive thru again, when we finally got the point when we asked for a replacement, we were give a huge attitude, stink eye and also when I asked for an extra small cup, the girl literally said “you should have asked for it earlier”. They were not even at the counter to listen to what we had to say or request. She was so rude that we literally went to Tim Hortons nearby and asked for sugar and stirring stick to make the drink bearable.

I come to this Starbucks daily in the late afternoon and am consistently waiting 10-15 minutes to get ordered drinks. Management needs to hire an extra employee during this time.

Came for the drive through but it doesn’t work. So I went inside. Took them 25 mins to pour a regular dark roast COFFEE. And it came out wrong. Only one guy works there the other two girls are just catching up at the cash register.

Don't like to post many reviews especially negative ones, but sometimes you are so put off by customer service staff that you feel compelled to do so. Driving by this SB location 2 months ago, that I do not go to as I don't have a reason to pass by, but decided to order a sandwich as they still had some according to the app. When I went through the drivethru a gentleman said that item was sold out and if he could get me something else like a non food item.

That didn't work for me so I asked him to credit me back on the app and I'll be on my way. He said there's no way for him to do that and I'll have to come back to that exact location for my item. This is a huge inconvenience but at the end of the conversation he said there was no other alternative. Was passing by today and thought I'd go and ask for my item. A new male server told me they don't have this transaction noted down and that it has been too long to honour it. After a discussion that it was an inconvenience for me to come back to this location, and this will be the second time I am going to be leaving empty handed from their store, he started questioning me as there's no record of the previous visit. Staff member was not sympathetic and I don't remember if he had apologized for the situation that I am now in. Now, I understand this is just a fast food item with a low transaction value but I'm writing this to illustrate that customer service is customer service. I'm sure they get customers that try this all the time to get a free item, however they should have a system in place for it. I think when faced with the possibility that staff may have dropped the ball, then you MUST give the customer the benefit of the doubt and not treat a them in this fashion. Before I drove away from the drivethu this second visit, I said this location is 'absolutely ridiculous' to which came the sarcastic snarky reply 'ABSOLUTELY!'

To the store manager - posted is a pic of my order 2 months ago, and to the staff member who blurted out ABSOLUTELY (a female) - yes I was holding up your drivethru, but that was your fault, not mine. I did call SB's customer service number and they said they will escalate to the district manager. Not sure what that means but at the end of the day, just do better.

Every year I order about 30 drinks from this location to celebrate my team at work. This year's experience made me write a review because it was just amazing. From the phone inquiry to actually picking up the drinks I was really impressed with the qualiy of service. The drinks were packed perfectly!! Staff are attentive, friendly, and considerate. Thank you so much for making our special day so wonderful!

I've given this Starbucks multiple chances, but every visit has been disappointing. The drinks are always off, either too sweet or completely lacking in flavor, as if the baristas aren't following the recipes properly. Even worse, the wait times are absurd. Whether I order in-store or online, it consistently takes 20-30 minutes for my drinks to be ready. The "suggested pickup time" when ordering online is a joke—never accurate, and you end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes in the store.

To make matters worse, the staff seems completely incompetent. They’re either disorganized, mixing up orders, or just plain slow. It’s frustrating when you're in a rush or just want a reliable coffee fix. Honestly, if you're looking for a place to quickly grab your coffee and have it made right, avoid this location. It’s not worth the hassle.

Just had the sweetest lady barista named Lia make my cinnamon latte and it has to be one of the best tasting cinnamon lattes I ever ordered because I always order this drink but it never tasted this good! Thank you!

I am going to be honest, I like to grab a snack and sit at Starbucks and study, but to be honest I don't think I will return, especially to this location.

Every time I go there, there is always food on the floor, tables are dirty, and the padded chairs always have food between the crevices, and the washrooms are out of toilet paper or soap, which makes it even more gross.

At the end of the day Starbucks is a restaurant and should uphold standards of cleanliness, but they do not. They just pump out mocha frappe lattes venti trendi double bacon stacked saran wrapped sandwiches, don't clean until the end of the day, and probably just sweep the floors and wipe the tables, but don't do any deeper cleaning than that where the customers sit. I saw so much food between the long benches cushions a few days ago, I could imagine it was not from one day. You could have filled a dinner plate with the crumbs. Gross!

The amount of times I have had to go up to the counter and ask someone to refill the toilet paper or the soap is ridiculous as well. Imagine, all the customers wiping their bottoms then touching the door handles, tables and payment terminals and not being with dirty hands. Now imagine being someone who wants to clean their hands and/or wipe themselves, and has to embarrassingly ask the baristas for hygienic essentials...

The people who work there are nice, but they are expected to clean for health reasons, and keeping your appetite since it is a restaurant.

Who wants to eat in a restaurant that is as dirty as a chicken coop? I don't!
