I waited over 20 minutes just to be told that the item I wanted was sold out AFTER I approached and asked the employees at the cash register. The supervisor on duty was not helpful and felt no compensation was necessary for all my wasted time, other than a substitute. A lot of customers were waiting for quite some time for their orders too. Please hire more competent staff.

Always a great experience here. Quick, kind, and friendly service, tasty drinks, and a lovely space to chat with friends, play board games, study… highly recommended! Also, if you bring your own reusable cups, you get a discount on your drink! Love the sustainability initiative. 🤩

Ok, I have been going to this location for a couple years now and I’ve given it plenty of chances. The staff are wonderful, very kind. But why is there no consistency in your coffees ! 😩 drinks that should be sweetened, are bitter, always! I even ask for extra sweet cream or extra flavour of whatever it is that I’m ordering and still it comes tasting bitter. Also there is never enough ice, although every size has their own size scoop, so I don’t get it. Please review how to build your drinks ! It matters. Thank you

Jimmy helped us out today I had a issue with my app that none of the Starbucks branches could fix and Jimmy helped me out. Very patient girl and very very kind.
Starbucks has only one disadvantage. It’s an American company! Other than that it’s a treat to visit. Oh must of their advertised free wifi does not seem to work

Himmy and Gabe consistently deliver both…they’re warm, welcoming and always on point. They make my mornings better with their great energy and helpful demeanour.
