Today I went to get a refill for my drink and they told me for refill I have to stay in the cafe if your policy has changed and your customer doesn’t know at least for one time you should honor it. For a drink that you charge your customers $7 I think you should be more polite and generous and not to say no for just a tea.

It is extremely dirty. It dies not have cake or pastry. Poeple buy one coffee and sit here for 3 to 4 hours. There is no seat usually available. Management is very poor.
