The barista filled the venti cup with ice to the rim. It was my first experience at a new starbucks and I usually dont have to say to put in light Ice, but it was filled to the rim. Its melted a little in the picture but u can still see

It is red cup day which is ready busy, there is a line here however Hayam is working alone. Appreciate her hard work and patience to the customers!

In reality, a high end coffee shop should at least be able to provide a decent cup of coffee for the 3+ dollars I'm shelling out. At this location not only did I get a miserable tasting cup of coffee, on top of that, I wasn't even acknowledged by the staff. Left ignored. Simply ghosted. Not a hello, not a one minute please. Just ignored. How we've forgotten to be civil to customers? Also, their Jedi mind trick garbage cans hidden in a black wall is a complete blunder, with 'do not litter' signs all over the counter that would be completely unnecessary if they simply put a garbage near the counter! A failure on all fronts, and a dehumanizing experience in a town as depressing a dreary as Richmond Hill. Never again.

This Starbucks is not good at all. The hot chocolate was lukewarm when I got it. Tasted like chemicals. One of the baristas is very, very miserable and does not even acknowledge the presence of customers; she just glares at them. Take your money elsewhere. This location seems to resent paying customers.

What a joke, starbucks that doesn't accept stars or take the app. Pitiful, won't be back and won't support this store or any other Longo's stores. Also have to add they don't know how to follow instructions. So when I say no foam latte, it means NO FOAM. STUPID

Everything is great. It's Starbucks, of coz. However, the wait for mobile order was a bit slower, maybe because it has a long line up already. But overall, it's good.
