Let’s not get into the bugs and hair other reviewers have found in their sandwich….

This place is sooooooo slow… it takes them 30+ min to make 1 sandwich. They will literally put 1 topping on, then go back to check the next topping…. And they still get the sandwich wrong (they’ll either get your bread/topping/sauce wrong) 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I just saw a family of 5 leave the line while writing this review because they were taking soooooooooo long…

I’ll never order from this location, but I always manage to order my food from elsewhere + finish my whole meal before my partner even gets his order (and he pre-orders on mobile before I even decided what I wanted to eat).

TLDR if you plan to order from here, be careful of bugs, hair, and 30+ min waits for your sandwich.

Placing online order from subway app several times a week., first time picking up from this location, sandwich is 50% lighter than the ones I ordered from other locations such as eagle landing or keel & major mac.....

I visited this branch a couple of days ago with my sister and there was a persian lady with blonde hair that took our order. I wasn’t planning on leaving this review because they don’t even worth the time but I decided to just because this place has to work on its both hiring process and customer services!
So, my sister and I had two coupons that we wanted to redeem and when my sister asked her to redeem them for us. She told us that we can’t redeem two coupons in the same transaction and then my sister asked her to put them under two different transactions and then she told us “no because you are together”. I have redeemed coupons before and it’s very usual to redeem two coupons under two transactions. The part that was really pissed me off and was out of respect was absolutely her tone of voice and saying that even McDonald has the same policy for redeeming coupons. She failed to realize that I’m getting food from SUBWAY NOT McDonald, and guess what? You could absolutely do this in McDonald! Also, the amount of things she put in sandwiches was ridiculous. I couldn’t even see the tuna in my sandwich! For a moment I thought I don’t even have tuna in my sandwich because I was just biting on the bread. Also, I would really like to say here that she should try to work on her customers service rather than telling me about McDonald policy!

What you would expect from a mall location subway

Subs were decent, but i think they could’ve put a little more in terms of the toppings that go into the sub, especially if you know the customer only got 2 toppings.

Service was nothing to brag about, but also nothing to complain about either. Service with no smile, so made it feel very robotic

Will say that the ingredients seemed fresh and my daughter enjoyed the sub.

It's unbelievable how poor the manager's capabilities are. She is not familiar with operating the machines and cannot handle malfunctions. Additionally, her attitude toward customers is extremely rude and quite disrespectful. Such a terrible service experience is unacceptable.

Disgusting, the lady today tried to prepare my veggie patty sandwich after just touching meat and didn’t change her gloves and then refused to make me a new sandwich so I left and said I no longer wanted it. Please hire new staff who don’t make this mistake

I am very disappointed with this Subway location. They put hardly any food in their sandwiches, and the staff is incredibly rude. This is not what I expect from Subway. Will not be returning.
