I’d give zero star (if possible) for horrible service and food preparation.

Very bad service. I visited this place more than 5 times and still have the same awful customer service. Their cookies are as hard as the stones and will get upset if you order. Asking question like “what do you want?” Is that really the proper way of dealing with the customer who supports this franchise’s business and pay for their salary?And who the heck speaks in their own language at an English speaking workplace??? Don’t they have a workplace POLICY about PROFESSIONALISM? Why are they letting this people work who don’t speak English? Buddy THIS IS CANADA!!!

And please tell your staff to stop chitchatting in their own language with their coworker(s) while preparing a sandwich for a customer. Some customer(s) may not like extra droplets of saliva being added in a sandwich as part of your ingredients.

Can’t stop talking about this subway. Everything is so perfect. The sandwich so properly prepared. The bread is amazing. You can’t be disappointed visiting this subway.

Had the worst experience ever in 20 years of going to subway.

Ordered two footlongs Steak and Cheese with absolutely no steak....the employees just laughed when I mentioned it.

They should be fired and..never returning to this location again.

I usually buy my sandwich at this branch because it's close to my store but today i experienced Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior by 2 workers(Indian tall guy with the beard and mustache and a short lady). I presented a coupons which says build your own footlong and chose the chicken which was in the menu( build your own menu) the male worker refused and humiliated me in front of other customers saying that how you want to get 2 chicken foot long with 15.99 coupon, i mentioned that i used the same exact coupon 2 days ago and got the chicken. Again they refused and continued the humiliation. Really disappointed and never going back to this horrible branch. You need to educate your workers in this branch
Update: literally after 15 min after this incident i went to 10909 Yonge Street branch and i got 2 footlong chicken with the same coupon.

I went there with my wife and gave the discount card we had to the restaurant worker, and to our surprise, he told us that you cannot order cheese steak sandwich with the discount card and we had to go to another branch and order with the same card. We gave ourselves and there was no problem in the other branch.

I’ve come here in the past and have had a good experience … I recently went and the rice was still hard…. Didn’t think subway would have trouble cooking rice but I guess I was wrong. Very disappointing especially since I paid extra for the rice ?

Perfect service got everything i wanted and encountered kind employees

Okay usually I don’t give bad ratings (especially to fast food) but this is acc the worst subway experience ever. i’m a retail worker and i give soooo much grace to other min wage workers bc i totally get it. This time tho, im struggling with that. the lady behind the counter was doing NOTHING (chatting w some guy at a table before getting back there), was so rude when i asked if they had the footlong cookie, and rolled her eyes when i asked for pickles and was super attitudy to me (i usually never have issues anywhere else when i ask). She then proceeded to sit and do nothing. ???
