Very disappointing, unfriendly staff, poor service and very disappointed in the quality of their subs. Went a few times, wanting to give another chance, but not again. Will always go to a different location even if it means I have to drive a little further.

Delicious! I really liked the turkey rancher. Get it with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and peppercorn ranch.

Definitely a small store so it’s always busy. But even during the height of busyness the employees are always smiling and always friendly. How they’re able to make 4 sandwiches at a time and remeber which ingredients goes to which, I’ll never know. It’s truly amazing. 10/10

met really friendly staff here and it was a great experience
Disappointing Experience on a Busy Sunday!!!
I visited this Subway location on a Sunday at 2pm and left with mixed feelings. The sole employee on duty was exceptionally polite and clearly trying his best, but the workload was overwhelming. With only one staff member handling both customers and delivery orders, it took a staggering 25 minutes to receive my sub—even though it required no cooking.
It’s evident that the owner is cutting costs by not hiring additional help during peak times, unlike other nearby locations where extra staff are available. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue here, and I’ve learned my lesson. While the employee deserves praise for his hard work, the overall service and management leave much to be desired.
I won’t be returning to this location in the future. If you’re craving Subway, I’d suggest trying another nearby outlet for a smoother experience.

I had a terrible experience at Subway recently. The service was slow and unprofessional; the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The food quality was also disappointing – my sandwich was soggy, and the ingredients didn’t taste fresh at all. To make matters worse, I was treated poorly by the staff, who were rude and dismissive when I raised my concerns. I expected better from a chain like Subway, but I won’t be returning anytime soon. Definitely not worth the drive.

Patel gave amazing service the food area was clean and fresh I was very impressed because this is not always the case at some sub shops. He was friendly patient and smiled the whole time. He prepared our food with care and was kind Thank you Patel great job.

The salesperson was extremely rude and argued with me because he had served too little steak.

I’d give zero star (if possible) for horrible service and food preparation.
Very bad service. I visited this place more than 5 times and still have the same awful customer service. Their cookies are as hard as the stones and will get upset if you order. Asking question like “what do you want?” Is that really the proper way of dealing with the customer who supports this franchise’s business and pay for their salary? And who the heck speaks in their own language at an English speaking workplace??? Don’t they have a workplace POLICY about PROFESSIONALISM? Why are they letting this people work who don’t speak English? Buddy THIS IS CANADA!!!
And please tell your staff to stop chitchatting in their own language with their coworker(s) while preparing a sandwich for a customer. Some customer(s) may not like extra droplets of saliva being added in a sandwich as part of your ingredients.
