reli reli bad thing happened to my online order, I ordered the chicken and brisket footlong, and paid per the brisket one price. Someone called right after my order showed received and said “we don’t have steak, I will give you *** (can’t hear it clearly)”. Probably because my listening is bad to I thought the guy was saying they will give me beef instead. But it turned out I was given HAM!! Yes, I paid brisket price ended up getting ham!! Please say it CLEARLY to customer if don’t have something and ask customer what they prefer! Rather than deciding the substitute on your own! The staff definitely lack of training and no idea what a good customer service should be!

Today I visit subway it’s was worst experience for me I am thinking about the bread and ask do you have Italian herbs and cheese she take and cut bread for me and when turn go to veggies very dirty veggies station as well as cucumber and onion container is empty. She is girl she use earpod in her ear. And as you can check the picture how she made it .

I went there 2 weeks ago to order a sandwich and when I wanted to use the app I asked the guy and what he exactly said: \\\"I don't know, I'm not supposed to know about the app, you suppose to know how it works\\\" And I found it so rude. Not only he didn't help, when he noticed I'm trying to figure out the app, he said can you move aside so another customer can pay. not only he didn't help, but he was not patient to wait for me to scan my code. Besides he was non stop arguing. Sooooooo unprofessional and annoying. Seems he hasn't trained to do business here in Canada and he doesn't even know the basic rules. Never ever go to this shop to order.

Quality of customer service and food has gone down from last few months.Every other week i see new workers who are inexperienced and lack basic customer service skills.Owner should try to retain the employees and also raise the food quality.
