The absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at Subway in my life. Enter at your own risk. There are other better locations on Yonge Street within 5 mins. This location has a sign that says 8am opening time. They don’t open until 8:30am and instead of being apologetic, the guy immediately said to me “Google says 8:30 ma’am” — great, thanks, how about you change your sign?!?! I kindly pointed out that it would be great if they had an accurate sign. He went on about how “they”, meaning corporate, wants them to open at 8am but it doesn’t make sense and blah blah. Just defensive. A simple, “totally agree we need a sign, sorry for any trouble” would’ve been fine. The guy let me in at 8:30 but absolutely nothing was out. He had to bring all the toppings from the back and had me waiting. So the 8:30 opening time that you are so proud to advertise on Google is for what then?? You weren’t ready to serve customers at 8:30am; period. Then I asked about using an offer which did not say online only, it said “at participating restaurants”, but he’s telling me it’s only online. Fine, I go to my app to do it while standing there - it says “turkey not available at this location”. I tell the guy this is what the app says but again, zero compassion or understanding and did not offer any solution or alternative. He just kept repeating that they do have all the meats. I asked if he could honour the discount then, he said no. I had to come up with an idea myself. So, I asked if I could order a different sub on the app and then just have him make me turkey instead. He accommodated this but, why was there no customer service to begin with? The staff should be able to make a simple suggestion or let me know what options I had or if I had no option at all. Just plain unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favour and find another Subway or go across the road to Longo’s for better sandwiches.

I've been going to this subway consistantly, and I am always suprised by the wonderful costomer service, and fresh ingredients prepped by the workers. This is a greats store because of workers like Arrash and her team who always go the extra mile.

I had a great experience with the server (Yaksh) over there. Was really helpful with his suggestions and he made sure to follow all the necessary hygiene measures for my wife (she is a vegetarian) to avoid contamination with any meat. The store was also really clean and which really helped while sitting and enjoying the food over there.

Dear Arsh,The lady who works at subway makes sandwiches. I have never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful. If there’s any reason why the business is lacking I would say it’s because of her.She turns the quality of food from an A down to a F. Ripping and tearing the breast. Pouri the sauce over and around the sandwich but not in the middle.My fiancé wanted to try a sauce and she refused to let us even try it. Arsh is definitely one of the most rudest and most lazy workers I have ever seen.She has no care when she’s at work. She speaks in her own language and stays on the phone with her friend or whomeverr while making sandwiches. She scratched her self a then dips her hands into the sandwich. Absolutely disgusted.I have been in Richmond hill eating at this subway for the past 10 years and never have I ever seen someone like this.There’s two options:Get Fired,Or Fix Up.Don’t ever disrespect me nor my fiancé like this ever again.Best Regards,
