Placed an app order for two footlongs.
Glad I checked before leaving because I was given two 6 inch subs. Mistakes can be made, no worries about that.
Where I have my issues is that I had requested on my order extra veggies (all of them). The sub came out barely looking like a loaf of bread with a cut. When I asked about the order maybe missing the "extra" part, the rude blonde lady everyone else seems to be referring to, while looking me straight in the eyes, says "that is extra." I was baffled at the audacity when I couldn't even see any evidence of lettuce in the sub so I asked again, "THIS is extra veggies?" and she rudely confronted me, "I see lettuce, this IS extra." I wish I took a photo of the pathetic sub they call "extra".

It's no wonder this branch has low reviews; Trying to cut costs in the wrong way, upsetting customers over 20 cents worth of veggies.

The negative reviews are completely warranted and I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The food was like any other subway. However; the dining room was so dirty. The washroom was disgusting. It must have not been cleaned for a while. There was no soap and when I mentioned it to the employee, her response was they were out of soap.

I come here in the evening frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff or food. Staff are always pleasant and polite! They take time with my order which I truly appreciate!

Food was on par with other subways but the service here is always really bad. The front sandwich maker lady always makes me feel like I'm committing some grave sin when choosing toppings, constantly rushing you. This location has garunteed business from high-school students so may explain the poor customer service.

Amazing Tuna Sandwich.... they really put an effort into creating mouth watering sandwiches. Especially the blond lady behind the counter (names skipping me), she goes out of her way to satisfy the taste buds.... cheers

I went there today! They make my food , during the half way they want me to pay for it. After touching the money, didn’t change glove and touch the sandwich! At that time I paid already but in my mind I want a refund already. Since I paid I took two bite, I can’t eat it anymore! Waste my money! Never will go back again!

i have never seen such disorganization in any fast food chain restaurant. i sent in a mobile orer at around 11 for pick at 2. just to find out at two there WAS NO BREAD. how is it peak lunch time and no bread?? a sandwich store.. with no bread... if i came near closing i wouldve been more understanding but, in the middle of the day?? there was too workers and the blonde lady told me "the store is too busy to make mobile orders right now". what dmis even the point of accepting mobile orders then? they told me to cancel the order i made, and to get a refund, i would have to call subway. seriously?? get it together

I always order extra cheese on the app from this location, and they forget EVERY time. So we started purchasing it separately when we pick up, and they have a different charge every time.

The owners I think have also changed within the last year, or maybe the whole staff and it has become very obvious as they are not as pleasant to deal with as before. Definitely won’t be coming back as this is a franchise and consistency is key.

I always have a great experience at this Subway, especially on Saturdays when the Indian gentleman is working. He is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ensures that my order is exactly how I want it. His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service really make a difference. Highly recommend visiting on a Saturday if you want top-notch service!

I found the service at this location to be less than satisfactory. One staff member, who was older with blonde hair, seemed consistently rushed and was not very friendly and rude. It might be helpful for her to find a more suitable environment where she can work at a pace that suits her better.
