This is by far the WORST subway in the area. The Staff have no care in making the food. The bread was not fresh. You can tell they prepped all the veggies the night before. The lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were dark and slimy. after tasting my sub i could tell that the mayo was old. I wont be returning to this location. Disspointed because i was looking forward to a good sandwich but i ended up throwing out my sub. Management Please hire staff that cares about the food presentation and the quality.

I've been coming here a long time and I have my favorite guy who is just a gem ? he is so nice and so kind always talk to me and makes the best sandwich ❤️ when I move I'll miss him but will come back just to see him

First time at this location restaurant was clean I had a mobile order and it was ready as the app says. Gentlemen asked if I was a online order and helped me as I walked in. I'll be back at those location since I was my car all the time across the plaza.

Food was decent but the service was below standard. I ordered with a coupon that was supposed to give a free drink and cookie/chips when ordering a footlong, but that didn't happen. I understand that coupons may not be accepted at all locations, but they scanned the coupon, let me pay, and then completely ignored the coupon's existences afterwards. (As a side note, I had asked before I scanned if coupons were accepted, and they directed me to scan the coupon.) When I received my sandwich, I asked if I could get what the coupon stated, but then the owners discussed and said no. I asked for my coupon back but they said they couldn't give it back either. If coupons are not accepted, why was it scanned without any mention of it not being accepted before purchase? I don't care if coupons are refused upfront before purchase, but since it was scanned and accepted (as the coupon was not returned) then why was it not honoured?
I bought steak and cheese a couple of times from this location and they always put little steak beef in the sandwiches compared to other subway locations which makes the quality and taste of the sandwich terrible don’t recommend this location at all.

Amazing!!! This is by far the best subway I've ever been to. Went in last week to get my meatball subs with just the meatballs, cheese, sauce and no toppings. For the first time EVER, the young gentleman working ( felt like owner ) offered me extra cheese at no charge because I had no toppings. Again first time EVER. No other locations have even hinted at the graciousness. And Other locations in the area ( you know who you are) ALWAYS complain when I say I want it grilled, like it is sacrilegious to get a meat ball grilled. But not this location. They grilled it with no objections or snide remarks. ( other location ) ( ok, located at 2300 John st) ( will never go there again ) This location is my only go to for Subway. There are many, I mean many locations however I will spend the $10 in gas just to go here and get my Subway fix. ( Yes, even with gas at $2.00/litre) Please avoid all other Subways in area and go to this one . This is by far the best experience I've had. Avoid 2300 John st unless you want snide remarks Avoid 5 shields crt. It is overpriced ( trust me every sub priced higher than other locations) ( go see for yourself) Avoid 270 West Beaver Creek Rd. They make inferior sandwiches while gossiping about you. My recommendation; Stick with this location 8750 Bayview avenue.
