I had a wonderful experience at [sub way ]. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. They worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring that our orders were prepared and served without any delays. It was impressive to see how clean and organized everything was, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere.

Ordered Uber eats from this location. When it arrived it wasn’t even a 6 inch sub like I ordered it was a small 4 inch sub with half the items missing in it and came with a fruit fly. Don’t order from here unless you want to get sick.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of an employee who clearly had no interest in doing their job.
He assumed we were some difficult customers he had in the last week and said “ “oh you guys are the people from last week that had a very difficult order”.
Like seriously!!! We haven't even been to this location for over 2 months.

We had to walk out without getting our sandwiches because he “refused” to serve us.

For the owner - the employee that served us called himself “Ash”and we just wanted to bring to your attention about this episode. I hope you can teach them basic customer service or else just keep the doors closed for public. Please reach out to us if possible for additional details.

I was relying on the fact that google said subway closed at 11pm, I get there at 9:50pm and the guy is closing up because it was a “slow day”. Idc if it’s a slow day, you’re not supposed to close early. Now my daughter doesn’t want to eat anything else and is not eating for dinner. I have slow days at work all the time and never close early.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The guy working in the evening is beyond rude and has zero clue how to interact with customers. It's shocking he still has a job. Train your staff or expect to lose business!

Ordered steak and cheese for pick up...when I got my sub, I could hardly find any meat on it! Also no cheese! Maybe 10-15 grams of meat!!! What a shame...what a scam!
