The worker accidentally ripped my bread in half while preparing my sandwich, causing all the ingredients to fall out. I politely requested a new sandwich, as I don’t feel I should have to pay for one made with ripped bread. Instead of addressing my concern, she gave me attitude and refused to remake it. This was very frustrating, as the issue was caused by how she handled the sandwich with the knife.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Subway location for a long time and have spent a lot of money here, so this experience was extremely disappointing. The attitude I received was unnecessary and has left me with a very negative impression — unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We tried to redeem and coupon for buy 2 get 1 free but they said that we couldn’t use it and we had to “buy” another sandwich.💔

The owner is so incredibly skimpy on the toppings it’s unbelievable. If I wanted bread for lunch I’d go to a bakery.. I’m coming here for a sandwich - a few shreds of lettuce and three tomatoes on a foot long is not appropriate.

Its 930am and this is the 3rd time I've come and this restaurant is closed even though the hours say 8am.

I have now ordered at least 3 times from this place now and every time I have been disappointed.
This time I ordered online 2 footlong and asked for Parmesan to add. They said they don’t have it. Even they were not able to grill.
I have had the same peri peri chicken from other place which was too yum. This place is worst

Food is as expected but the service is questionable at times. Makes you wonder but the food, it tastes as it should. Avoid lunch time as it gets quite busy with the high school kids.

This location has great customer service and great standard of ingredient quality !! Love to visit this location again and again 😊

Had ordered and paid through the app. The sandwiches received were all soggy and they hadn’t toasted it at all… had requested for double toast. People making and serving, don’t know how to make them. 👎

I have tried this location a couple of times and both visits were pretty bad. Sandwich artists went extremely light on all toppings.
Employees were carrying on full conversations with each other while “serving” customers. This led to myself and other customers having to repeat our toppings over and over.
Lastly, the cookies were hard as a rock. The employee microwaved them to “soften” the cookie, but that does nothing.
I would recommend you drive passed this one and hit the next one.
