Friendly good food good service

My family and I come here often. Such a welcoming atmosphere with good food. SETI has served us multiple times and she is always so friendly and kind. Highly recommend.

Great meal was really quiet so I’m saying let’s make it busy ! Foods great and had the special breakfast .

Like a family owned restaurant in Richmond Hill. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Food is by average. Good portion.

Had a great time at sunnyside today. The food was great, and the girl working at the morning shift was amazing—super kind, friendly, and made the whole experience better. Big thanks to her! I’ll definitely come back.

I had breakfast at Sunnyside Grill. The food was delicious and the staff were respectful. Based on my experience at other places, servers usually check on tables more frequently to make sure you have everything you need, like more coffee. They did that here as well, but a bit slowly—it could be improved with slightly quicker service. Overall, I found the food and atmosphere pleasant and I’m giving them 5 stars.

Food was great, as well as service. We had the server named Setti and she was sweet and gave menu recommendations.

Great homy and cosy atmosphere, delicious food. The service was very friendly and professional and Seti, our waitress,took a great care of us!

Amazing taste for the waffle plate which contained 2 eggs and bacon with syrup. Price is reasonable. Taste is great. Seti, a young staff is very professional polite and welcoming.

What an amazing place Seti the server was great….had the #eggs Benedict, was #delicious, perfect soft poach, home made #hollandaise, pea meal #bacon…recommend everyone check it out.

We had breakfast at this restaurant and really enjoyed our experience. Seti was amazing — very friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. The place itself was clean, bright, and welcoming. I just wish the breakfast sides were a bit more diverse, instead of only potatoes, which unfortunately weren’t very tasty. Still, thanks to the great service and atmosphere, it was a pleasant visit overall

Amazing food, amazing staff anytime I come in to dine here. Food is always fresh and flavourful. My favorite is the biggie breakfast. Satisfies all my breakfast cravings in 1 dish. The owner is very friendly and comes to speak with myself and other regulars sometimes when I am dining. I feel very welcomed and at home here. A must for any day you're looking to start your day off right

Came in for breakfast with a large group called and made a reservation . Took 20 min for someone to just come to the table. Then a server comes to the table very unpleasant and messy looking and not pleasant at all. We asked for waters and coffee and ordered pancakes for kids (6) and this took 1 hr along with the water and coffees. Kids finally get the pancakes they are so dry and tasteless. All coffee mugs x6 were dirty asked for clean cups he brings them to table and we said what are we going to do with empty cups? He wanted us the dump our coffee into the clean cups. This is now 1.5hrs of being there we are all still waiting for our food it comes out one persons meal about 5-10min another’s persons food. We could not believe how long this was taking. As we are sitting there in disbelief we went up to waiter and said cancel 3 of our orders for this is absolutely ridiculous how long it is taking he said what do you Expect your a group do you want me to Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo and the food is ready? First of all, who speaks like this to people. Then we are told by the server that the manager said he will give us a discount on those three dishes and we said we do not want the food after two hours of waiting filthy cups a very rude waiter and the food that ended up coming out, looked like garbage . Many tables were getting up and leaving for they were not even being served. There were several tables full of old dishes and food that were still not cleaned up from when we walked in to when we left.
There was one server and one cook in the kitchen. I have no idea how this establishment is still open. The worst service I have ever experienced and the most disgusting looking food. As an establishment, you should be ashamed. Do not come and waste a dollar here.
