Excellent service is the difference between a standard meal at Swiss Chalet and a memorable meal.
We had the pleasure of being served by Hareet this evening. She was incredibly attentive and very engaging. She suggested her favourite dessert - coconut cream pie and although we didn’t buy it, she was delightful in her approach. We will save room for dessert next time.
We would also like to compliment the kitchen staff. The food was delicious and the meal was paced beautifully. We enjoyed our appetizer and then our meal came in a reasonable manner.
This location is significantly better than the location at Yonge and 16th.

I was able to reserve tables for 8 people on very short notice. Swiss Chalet had the tables prepared and ready whne we arrived. From start to finish the food was excellent and so was the service. Our server went above and beyond, and she was very friendly. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
