Take out on the App is fast and efficient. The only comment is the French fries seem to be “soggy” once they arrive at our house. We always crisp them up in the air fryer before we eat. The chicken, salads and rolls are always perfect.

Absolutely blown away that the take out section made a big deal about a customer deciding they would prefer to stay and eat after ordering for a family of 3. The "manager" actually said this isn't tim Hortons or McDonald's?? She even went for the save saying "what if everyone did that? Honestly, I don't care how bad your day is going, that's just rude. if the customer didn't realize there was a dining room and had already paid let them enjoy their food. They're still your customer

I recently dined at Swiss Chalet and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was delicious, especially their signature rotisserie chicken, which was tender and flavorful. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was prompt. The staff was friendly and attentive especially Baishali, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
