Took out a roll tray. Service was kind and quick in restaurant, and the food was fresh and delicious. I will be going back for sure.

I frequent to this restaurant for ordering to go sushi and sashimi. I am disappointed this time because I ordered 16 assortment sashimi pieces but ended up receiving 12 when I opened the box at home. In the past, I never counted the number of pieces. I would consider avoid going to this place in the future.

Insanely good sushi. Was actually very very impressed. Highly recommend getting the “Spicy 2 in 1 Roll” & the “Yellowtail Jalapeño Roll” both insanely good.

This was our first time at Takumi and we are pretty happy with this place. We order a platter and tempura appy. The restaurant didn’t look busy but there were a lot orders coming in for delivery or pick up. The platter took longer than we hoped but it is Friday night. We have been noticing that orders coming in take precedent over orders taken from customers dining in.
Overall, the fish was very fresh and the sashimi was cut generously. We enjoyed ourselves and will probably come back.

Great sushi! Try the Rock Shrimp!

I went there because of the good reviews but I was a little disappointed with the quality and the taste of the food. We ordered a chicken teriyaki bento and a sushi roll lunch and I’m not too impressed with the sushi. The texture and the taste of the sushi is similar to the ones you can get from any food court kiosk. The chicken teriyaki bento is alright but the side dishes are so so. I likely won’t give a second chance.

Takumi is a phenomenal sushi restaurant. The staff are so friendly and kind. Takumi is a family favourite of ours. We have had a variety of sushi, appetizers and other dishes on their menu. Every meal I have gotten has always been so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

loved the lunch set from this sushi shop - very reasonable price. the sushi was refreshing and very flavourful! I absolutely adore the salad it came with, and the miso soup wasn't too salty. I look forward to coming back 💕

This restaurant is really great! I love bringing friends and family here! The food is good quality, the service is always kind (at this point they even recognize me lol), and the prices are fair. I really like how this restaurant maintains good quality dishes whether you are taking out or dining in. I had some sushi nigiri the other day that practically melted in my mouth it was so good. Anyways, I highly recommend this place. It may not be huge, but it is relaxing and peaceful. You don’t have to shout over loud music or loud customers. This is the place to go to if you want a good quality, casual sushi place.

It was my first time eating at this restaurant. We ordered the salmon teriyaki and the 40 piece sushi/sashimi plate to be shared by the 2 of us.

Food - salmon was not dry or overcooked; accompanied by enough vegetable.

Sushi/sashimi was very fresh. Fish was not paper thin.

Miso soup - too light; need to add tofu and seaweed to enhance the taste.

Service - super friendly

Environment - clean and comfortable made our dinner enjoyable. I will definitely come back !
