Got a VIP card from my student, happened to be around the area, so give it a try. Ordered Tuesday special menu, fish & rice. Tasted ok, not the type of fish I like. Will go back again and order chicken dishes next time. (VIP card 10% discount doesn’t apply to the special menu) 😅

Ten Ren Tea is one of the places we always go to for a quick tasty meal. But today it was not the best experience. We got seated immediately but were disappointed for how long we had to wait to get a waiter to take our order. We tried asking them to take our order and tried waving them multiple times. They need more staff serving and giving takeout orders.

The server was freaking rude. She couldn't hear what I said, but the answer that brought me back was what? and staring at me, as if I was ignoring her.

Ten Ren Tea in Vaughan offers a solid selection of authentic Taiwanese teas and light bites in a clean, modern setting suitable for quick stops or casual meetups. The waiters provided attentive and friendly service, ensuring orders were handled promptly and accurately. That said, the manager's approach could be a touch more polished in my view, but it didn't detract much from the overall positive vibe. Overall, it's worth visiting for the tea quality if you prioritize drinks over the full experience.

Teas and boba are okay but overpriced. The staff were very rude and treated us like we were inconveniencing them for some reason. Very strange, happened multiple times too. Won’t be going back anymore

No service at all, while I am sitting down, a guy called Dennis just walk to my table with a notepad, not even said a word with a porker face and wait for my order. A min later, he came back to drop off chopsticks and water , same as before no words no facial expressions.

I usually go to the Ten Ren’s on Highway 7 in Richmond Hill, and sometimes the one inside Langham Square. This was my first time visiting the Ten Ren’s on Major Mackenzie, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience!

Aside from asking how many people when we walked in, the staff didn’t say a single word to me throughout the whole visit. The person who took my order (a male staff wearing with glasses and messy hair) didn’t speak at all — no greeting, no response when taking my order, no words when putting food on the table, nothing! Even after I paid, there was no “thank you” or “goodbye.”

The whole atmosphere felt cold and strange, and the food was just so-so. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Horrible experience today. They made the wrong order, gave it to someone else, then placed a new order at the end of the queue. Took 35+ minutes for a boba tea order, they didn't apologize and were rude about it ... not to mention it was super over priced to begin with.

The food is great but so many food flies everywhere and it land into my drink, which I only had 2 sips.. spoke to the waiter, he have no comment and no intention to change my drink, nor any discount, will never come back again.
