Location-wise, it's a prime spot—right by schools and the main road—so you'd expect booming business. But honestly? This branch has sketchy food freshness. Last time we got bubble tea to-go here, it gave us the runs, and it's not even cheap.
That was our last visit.
Friends in the neighborhood would rather trek to farther Tien Ren Tea locations when hanging out. Such a waste of a good location.

I have visited the location multiple times but it would be my last time due to health concerns. Imagine your lower body is covered with ants after being seated for only 5 mins. I also reported the issue to York region health unit.

ordered a taiwanese shredded chicken rice set that took 30 minutes to make. when the meal arrived it was mediocre at best and they didn't even give me chopsticks. had to ask the waiter and she gave me disposable ones and a plastic spoon.
I recently purchased two take-out dinners for over $70, and unfortunately, one of them contained rotten vegetables. To add to my disappointment, the chicken basil bento box included bone-in chicken, which would have been helpful if this detail had been mentioned on the menu!
I am not satisfied with this take-out experience. Considering the price, I had expected the vegetables to be of better quality.

Pretty chill place to get some quick snacks.
I usually come here for some tasty bubble tea and maybe some other savoury food.
The dumplings here are pretty good as well.
The preparation also seems quick especially if you order ahead

Poor customer service
Visited on Mother’s Day and received a balloon flower as a gift, which was a nice touch. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of choices. However, the pricing isn’t very budget-friendly. Most set meals are priced over $20 and do not include drinks — adding a drink makes the overall cost quite high for a bubble tea shop.
That said, the food and drinks we tried were quite good overall. However, the watermelon oolong and apple oolong were disappointing. The watermelon oolong lacked the freshness you’d expect, and the apple oolong seemed to be made with regular apple juice rather than freshly pressed juice, which affected the overall taste.

Personally I didn’t like how the food tastes, but I went back 2 more times 😆 I didn’t go for the deal of the day so it’s quite pricey ($40 - 45 including taxes & tips)
Service is alright. But they are busy around evening. I just like the comfort of the place, that’s why I kept coming back.

A tea place originated from Taiwan. They offer different kinds of teas including fruit teas, classic Chinese teas, bubble teas and other drinks. Other than drinks, they also serve main dishes and dessert. A chill place for families and friends gathering.

Food is ok, Wifi is garbage.
Ever since they installed their new WiFi everyone needs to enter a password twice, there's no automatic reconnect, and the speed is shitty. My old 3G phone had better network speed.
I think the owner was scammed by whoever provided them their WiFi.
The food was good but the waiters were indifferent, the atmosphere was not bad

Nice place to chill and chat with friends and family. We ordered their Mango Coconut Horoscope and Longan Lotus Tea. The waitress kept topping up our tea with hot water (so one pot of tea last a long time...)
