Got sick because the chicken wasn’t fresh. But I called them and they gave me a different dish for free the next day. So I appreciate that. I’m trying vegan options now.

Very rude staff. I waited for five minutes just for somebody to take my order even though there were three people working behind the counter. They make it seem like they’re doing you a favour just by taking your order as well. The atmosphere of the place is pretty standard. There’s a few places to sit, but it’s pretty unkempt and dirty. However, in regards to the food/portions, the food is pretty good. I ordered all of that to go for $17 and I’d say you get what you pay for. All in all, it’s your average mall food court chain restaurant and it’s a healthy option compared to everything else around. Just try not to take how the staff treat you personally and maybe choose take out instead of sitting in the restaurant.

#2 and #4 are very delicious. The food is fresh, flavourful, and they add a lot to the bowl. You can even see them cook it in front of you. All the workers are super kind too and even wiped the table for us before we sat

I ordered soup with shrimp they made a mistake and put chicken in it when I asked them to change it they said they would not do it because it is already made.I didn’t take the soup and I didn’t get my money back. They must change their attitude.

Not recommended! Not recommended! This chef has such a bad attitude! Who does he think he is? I wanted it to be spicy and they didn't put any chili pepper at all! The soup has no taste at all! What a disappointment! This place doesn’t deserve even one

Clean and spacious. The best Thai Express I’ve ever been in GTA.Unlike some other Thai Express chains where the food portion is becoming smaller and smaller, this place has the largest portion of food and protein inside. Also the fan works well and you barley see any smoke when the cooks are preparing your food. And the A/C is good at the mall so you won’t be sweating while eating.

Always ready for some chicken pad Thai, the first place we go to eat when there is one in the area and we even book our hotel to be close to a Thai Express.

The chicken was raw in my noodles & when I told the employee she started to give me attitude won’t eat here again

I’ve given this place many chances but unfortunately no changes, all hot foods no taste and soup also no taste. They should put food taste at top of line instead of fancy the walls, I’m sorry but truth hurt.

Served by the manager. Ordered beef pad see ew mild, not spicy.... It was absolutely delicious! Only thing I added was the peanuts and ate it hot and fresh and I loved each and every bite.An incredible, generous person. The beef was tender and flavorful!Sorry, no pics this time around because I didn't expect this to be exceptionally fresh and tasty, I decided next time I will have the same thing, but spicy and maybe treat you all to some pics. This definitely is the best the Hillcrest food court has to offer! Well, the best of any food court actually. THIS really made my tastebuds dance with excitement.Thank you Thai Express

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION ! not only did the lady working there make me feel uncomfortable while i was with my daughter and my friend and her son , but she had the audacity to yell at me infront of everyone she wouldn’t give me the managers info so i’m hoping the manager can contact me asap i am not happy ! and i’ll be letting all my mom friends know how much the employee hates babies !

There’s no price on the display. One chicken noodle soup with a few tofus for 13$ WOW! I don’t recommend.
