Thai Express Richmond Heights

Worst Thai Express experience I’ve had in decades.

I don’t know how they manage their shop, but this was the worst food experience I’ve ever had at Thai Express.
1. The soup contained black residue, presumably from the wok or large cooking plate they use, which is cancer causing material, I believe.
2. The bin spout was far from the fresh vegetables.
3. The taste was very different from other Thai Express locations — unique in a bad way.

Never go back there.

I knew it wasn’t going to be good when I walked in and the two employees were sitting at a table chatting and there were no customers. And they are not Thai. But I wanted Thai so I risked it. Big mistake. The lobster pad Thai had almost no lobster and certainly no lobster taste. It was very greasy and not even close to authentic. The shrimp curry was mostly rice with a few vegetables and shrimp. Very disappointing. And the price was outrageous. Overall the food was bad and I would not return. I do not recommend this place.

Exceptional taste and highly recommend the tofu pad Thai.

Vegetarian options: Tofu Pad Thai was excellent.

I always order from here on ubereats. Usually I have a great experience.
Today the vegetables were basically raw, the bean sprouts were completely raw and I paid for extra sauce and the meal was very dry. They also did not send a fork or napkin with the order.

The slowest "fast" food restaurant in the entire North America that I've been to. If you're hungry, don't come here! Other customer was angry too... and this was not a busy day - store looked pretty much as empty as their businese picture.

I tried this place for the first time, I paid $20 for chicken, veggies and rice noodles stir fried and they gave me half a bowl of food. I’m a grown ? man and if you are one too, I promise you’ll have to go to the Burger King as soon as you’re done here. Tasted like any other Asian place, guy who helped me out was nice. But you can’t make me pay that money and leave me hungry
