I don’t usually do reviews but my experience with a private party at the Host was phenomenal. Dival and his team were incredibly helpful and gracious in the planning and execution of a family celebration. The food was delicious, drinks were excellent. The staff showed flexibility and patience with small unexpected changes was unlike anything I have seen in a business. Thank you very much Dival and team for a memorable evening!

*edit: 2025 Aug Still great!
Reading the menu, exquisite descriptions of the available prepared indian meals; ordering warm naan bread and indian meal starters and drinks is attended carefully by a pleasant and well dressed serving staff.
Always loved this place. The food is always top notch!

We had a dinner at The Host and we actually liked the food overall. We had ordered vegetarian dishes only. For the starters we had the Lazeez Truffle Naan, and the vegetarian mixed starter platter. Both were really good. For the main course we had Paneer Tawa Masala, Jaipuri Dal Tadka, Garlic Naans and Jeera Pulav. We loved the taste but the only issue we had was that the paneer was too tough and chewy.

The food was super tasty and delicious. Additionally, the warmth of Marmun made the experience memorable! He even came to my rescue when my finger nail broke LOL

I usually used to order food on Uber Eats from this restaurant and then decided to visit this place for dinner with family. The dining in experience was way better than ordering via Uber Eats. The food was fresh, delicious and the atmosphere was good. All though the restaurant is not very spacious, it’s set up really well.
The service was good and Shivam in particular was very helpful. Our food arrived quickly. Highly recommend this place!

Food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Really enjoyed their rasmalai to end the meal.
Service was great!

We usually appreciate the food at host restaurants; however, this time, I noticed that the quality was not up to par, particularly with the naan. The lamb and palak paneer were of significantly poorer quality as well. Unfortunately, our dinner was spoiled.

I searched in Google maps for an Indian Buffet place, I got recommend for this.
It's not a buffet place. Diner is small but good for small groups.
Staff is friendly.
Food quality is really good since it's a fine cuisine. The spice level is modest but we didn't ask for extra spicy.
I would recommend this restaurant to someone who wants to try fine cuisine.

Ordered Navrattan Korma which was terrible and seemed like heated and served from store bought ready to eat food. It barely had any veggies and was just gravy full of frozen peas which is often the case with ready to eat food available in stores. Poor quality for a fine dine restaurant.

Paying a long overdue revisit to this overlooked 'newly relocated' ( previously inside Sheraton Parkway Hotel complex ) Richmond Hill, Indian Icon.
Refined, elegant and gorgeous space. Friendly service. Good value. Above average, delicious Indian fare.
Ordered Lamb Roganjosh and Rajasthani Goat Marsala to go with the Basmati Rice. Nicely balanced taste profile with well judged spice and heat level. The Goat curry excels whilst the Lamb Roganjosh was a touch overly tangy IMO.
Overall, an acceptable first experience at this new location

Over priced and pathetic food
We ordered a biryani and a dilli chaat....the biryani was not actually a biryani. It was just a flavored rice and the chicken was not well cooked....dilli ki chaat doesn't taste like chaat no onions no khataa meetha just a blunt taste.disappointed. never visiting again.
