The ONE Fusion Cuisine has been around for a while.
They serve Dim sum during lunchtime and Chinese dishes during dinner time.
I came here on New Year's Day 1stJan2025 during lunchtime.
They are super busy, and I have to wait 20 mins for our table (which is not bad)
Services are still very good on a busy date, which i think is awesome.
Food tastes great, and the portions are big in comparison to other dum dum restaurants
Price are fair as well, around $15 - $20 per person. Which is cheaper than most of the other dim sum restaurants.
I will come back for dinner with friends for sure.
Parking is ok as they have a huge parking lot.

First dim sum of 2025
Inflation isn't real at dim sum restaurants, always busy and always a line up.

23 items is the magic number for 11 people.
Any more and you're going to go into a food coma.

Service is good.

Parking is a warzone. Good luck.

Dim sum portions are massive here. Be prepared to eat.

Low ceilings, loud, good time and good vibes.

No idea why this place only has 4 stars, probably because there's always an hours queue. Ambiance is great, huge venue, full of ppl enjoying the bustling atmosphere and food. It's not a place for an intimate date for sure but more a great place for a big gathering. I only had lunch dim sum, the dimsum was huge 1 siumai was like the size of 4 at a normal place. Everything was huge and prices were not much more than other comparable places. If u order any of the recommended dishes you couldn't go too far wrong.

Hands down our favourite place for fine Cantonese Cuisine! Their dim sum are well priced. Our new favourite is the ginger cake.

Their dinner is good too, but on a pricier side. Highly recommend the Fish Maw soup and signature fried rice.

I thought I could enjoy an authentic Cantonese meal, but ended up waiting for a full 90 minutes - no! one! road! vegetable! 🍳After urging the waiter N times, the answer is always "working on it". I feel like the chef is developing a new recipe, right? 🙄

The food was finally served, and it simply refreshed my understanding of Cantonese cuisine...👎The whole experience from beginning to end was just one word - terrible! This company is really bad, I advise everyone to avoid it! 🚫

I will never come to this series again next time, I really doubt their understanding of Cantonese cuisine.

Try to get a spot number at your earliest convenience during weekends, good food, good tea, ok service, worst waiting-in-line experience

Glad to see they added new item to the Dim Sum menu. Satay beef tripe is spot on. Squid curry is thick and flavourful. Other dishes featured in this photos are great as well. Value for money as the portion is reasonable. Thanks for the meal 🍽️

The food was good, but the service could use improvement. One of our items was canceled without notifying us until the very end, which was frustrating. Proper communication about order changes is important for a good dining experience. I hope this can be improved in the future.

Terrible in serving us. Very slow slow slow! We waited for two hours and only got two dishes to come with all other tables getting things and finishing their dinners. I suspect the restaurant was discriminating since we were the table with no elder adults. Anyways, no tips no next time and I don’t encourage anyone to come. See the attached photo for the one of two dishes we got. It RUINED my new year eve.

Wait times are outrageous, and the servers are incredibly slow. On top of that, they expect a huge tip for subpar service. Definitely not worth the hassle. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Service was terrible, specifically one waitress was beyond rude. My table wanted to add addition dishes to our order and the waitress was extremely condescending and screamed at us in Chinese when we asked to add an order of egg tarts. And the cherry on top is she took our order and stormed off but never placed our order in the system so we were left sitting there for 40minutes wondering why the egg tarts were taking so long.
It’s a shame such an aggressive and rude staff member works at this place because the food is quite good.

Be prepared for a long wait time. Came here at 10am on Friday and waited a little over 45mins for a table. The portion sizes are huge compared to other dimsum places and quite flavorful. All the dishes were well season and piping hot. The shrimp pieces were massive in their har gows, sui mais were big, shrimp rice rolls were chewy and you have to get their number 00 BBQ pork buns. My only complaint is that the salted egg yolk buns weren't runny enough and seemed over steamed. The prices haven't changed since the year before despite inflation. Service was excellent, tea/water refills were constant and clearing dishes were quick. We'll be coming back for sure

One of the best dim sum places in GTA. Had typical steamed and fried dim sum. Food was fresh and delicious. Notable, shui mai was fresh and bouncy; steamed ribs were simple and tasty, freshness of the pork comes through; Milk tart was the bomb, piping hot and the crust is buttery airy; all of the dessert with the egg yolk filling is great. Baked BBQ bun was tasty and fresh. All of the dim sum hit the spot for us.

Service is a hit or miss, when they are busy, they are not as attentive as they should but we're here for the food anyway, which definitely overcomes the lackluster service at times.

The wait on the weekend and holidays are a bear waited 1.5 hours during lunchtime on Christmas, but totally worth it.
