I stopped by this Tim Hortons on my way to work and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and efficient the staff were. The person at the counter greeted me with a big smile and even remembered my regular order. It’s the little things that make a difference—great way to start the day!

Asked if I could pay for a coffee and get some milk instead for my 2 year old in the scorching sun. The Persian lady manager was very rude and dismissive. Did not care and just said NO WE ARE NOT ALLOWED. No sensitivity what so ever. Horrible service. Other locations have done this, I don’t see why this location couldn’t.

People are great always happy to see customers. I don’t feel like an outsider when I visit this Tim’s they treat you as a family. Ask about my well being and serve freshly baked items which is rarely seen in other Tim Hortons. I can say their customer satisfaction is perfect. They remember your orders ask to try new items when there are any. Simply put it’s a great place to go to on daily basis. Recently I tried the timbits at this store blueberry with sugar on the top wow that’s just so good.

You went last night around 8-9, there was a Chinese woman, short and with colored hair. She was very rude. I didn't like her at all. I won't go again because of this woman.

There was no one in the store buying anything, and there were no cars on the driveway either, so it took more than 10 minutes.

it’s the worst coffee. All you taste is cream and sugar. I even switch to dark roast, and it is still the same. I’m not sure why maybe they are reusing the coffee beans?

Very slow. I ordered mobile order even before arriving the gas station, after provided my order number, the person doesn’t instruct if I can continue driving or not. Once I arrive the drive through counter, they asked me to wait on the side. Slow staff and inefficient.

It’s a horrible experience. Today, I order a pumpkin spicy latte it's like everything except pumpkin latte. I couldn't taste the pumpkin it just coffee with milk.

They only pay attention to drive thru customers. More than 4 working for drive thru and only two who have very little experience work at the counter. I needed to wait for a while before someone took my order. This happened a few times since it is on my way.
