This Tim Hortons never disappoints! I often visit on Sundays and Mondays, and the service is always quick, friendly, and reliable. They always welcome with smile. The coffee is fresh, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming. 5 star service, Highly recommended

My experience at this Tim Hortons location was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and seemed rushed, which made the service feel unwelcoming. Even zero stars feels generous considering the attitude I encountered—it was like dealing with dragons instead of helpful employees. I hope the management addresses these issues to create a more positive and professional atmosphere for customers.

Walked in, waiting in line as one does, and was completely ignored by staff. Despite being seen, they took the customer behind me and when that customer didn’t want anything — the server/cashier walked away. Absolutely no acknowledgement, as the other cashier has a conversation with a customer and doesn’t help or serve.

I recently visited Tim Hortons with my mom, my friend’s mom, and her son, and I must say we had an exceptional experience, thanks to Susan.

She was incredibly helpful and caring, especially with my mom, who had some trouble understanding the menu. Susan took the time to explain everything clearly and was patient throughout, going above and beyond in her service.

Her kindness and dedication made our visit truly memorable. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and we are so thankful to Susan and this Tim Hortons location.
