I’m a daily customer here for over 10 years and always enjoy starting my morning with friendly staff. Unfortunately, there is one employee — a woman with white hair — who repeatedly shows very poor customer service. She gives no greeting, makes no eye contact, and responds with a dismissive attitude. When I politely asked why she seemed upset, she told me not to “put a tag on her” and walked away. This behaviour is not acceptable in a customer-facing job. I hope the store can address this with training and consistency.

I ordered promo sandwiches from Tim. Clerk made mistake charge me full price. When I told her that she made mistake.She admitted but she could not correct on her own so she called her manager. I had to wait 10 minutes to talk to her. she will not fix the bill.Very poor customer service. Since it was charged on my credit card.I said I don't want any thing i left very disappointed. Mgr was rude and unapologetic.

I ordered a chili and the entire lid and inside of the bag were covered in oil?? I didn’t even eat it. My bread was also covered in oil. They should really do a quality check before throwing stuff in bags. Disgusting.
