This Tim's employees were not trained to process orders in order. I entered the store, put a mobile order for breakfast wraps and hash brown, sat down, and waited. After watching a few customers who ordered after me got their food, including wraps and hashbrown, I asked the employee about my order, and it turned out it was still not done, not even planned. They started doing when I complained and still argued that they are making by order. What kind of order is this?!
