Ignored customer. When I asked for my coffee after waiting for 10 min, he made one and put it on the table. No sorry or Thank you at all. He was chitchatting with his friend behind me and asked him if he wants coffee. Horrible customer service

I had to say this place are letting me down recently. I’ve been their loyal customer for a lot years since I live here. But recently , for about 2-3 months. I got diarrhea every time after I am having breakfast on this Tims. I probably gonna switch to McDonald even it kinda far from my place.

Please we need different employees there all of them they are Indian the have no costumer services and they don't respect the costumer I always say no problem and I go there but they are garbage people except the too sister they have very good costumer service

I get that it's a fast food restaurant but it's getting kinda ridiculous. A lot of the staff members are doing too much and not handling one order at a time.
I realized most drive thru have a time frame they gotta do in time and they order customers to wait behind a camera line.
The food wasn't handled correctly on my last visit. If we were animals it would be okay to handle food like what I experienced.
I believe you guys can slow down a bit and put more care into the quality of the food.

Unfortunate experience.
I was the lone driver in the middle of the day at the drive-thru and one of the workers asked me to drive and park at the front for some reason.
I only ordered a sandwich which should be quickly made and there was nobody behind me, there was no line either. So the request to park at the front was very odd and inconvenient which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru.
I doubt I will be returning to this location.

Every single time I say no cheese, every time there is cheese. Everytime I get a breakfast sandwich, there are egg shells. There are always flies all over your pastries and food.

Today I was going through the Tim Hortons drive thru at Younge and Stoville and when I was ordering for my 2 drinks, I heard the lady named mosca huff “jesus” to me. It was rude but I just ignored it. When I pulled up to pay and get my drinks, there was nobody behind me as I was the only one there getting an order from the drive thru. But annoyingly, after I just got handed my drinks, the lady scoffed and shooed me off with a “bye bye bye bye”. That was so rude! There was nobody behind me, and I was trying to place the drinks in my car so I could drive! I also remember that she didn’t even pay attention to me, as she was busy chatting. When I just put my drinks down in just 3 seconds, she told me again, “can you go? Move your car, bye bye bye bye”. She kept on urging me to leave like she had not even a second of patience, I was clearly going to drive soon. And the most confusing part was, there wasn’t ANYONE behind me, so why did she need to rush me to go? This lady is impatient, rude and is unsuitable to work in Tim Hortons. She needs to be spoken to by the manager on how to get a better attitude to customers. This is Canada’s Tim Hortons, the workers should behave better than this if they want returning customers. The lady’s name is mosca and she has light brown/golden hair and a high pitched voice. I hope the service there is better next time. I am in disbelief and think this is unacceptable. Tim Hortons will for sure lose their reputation if this keeps on continuing.

Excellent! Tim Hortons, the staff there are very friendly and fast. I strongly recommend going here. I only buy gas here because the Tim Hortons staff is amazing.
