The review for this place are wild. 1stly, this is a drive-thru window for Tim Hortons. Most of the ppl that go through here are either going to work or are contractors in the area on the way to work which explains all the garbage you typically see. 2ndly, this is probably the best location for sandwiches/bistro/wraps and other bakery items in Richmond Hill. Rest of the items are made and taste exactly the same as any Tim Hortons that you go visit. The real test of any Tim Horton's...

After picking our order , we realized after getting to our destination , our order was ' short changed ' . That meant that I needed to drive back and rectify the situation . There was no apology . THat is a second strike!!!!

A wonderful Tims. While the location isn't wonderful, it's still an excellent establishment. Throughout the years, they have been working toward tackling their biggest problem (litter in the drive-thru). The staff are always amazing with an upbeat attitude! They even wrote "Happy Thanksgiving" on my cup today—my go-to spot.
