I experienced terrible service that I’ve never encountered before. I will never go to this store again. Every year, I buy many gift cards here to give to my relatives and friends, but I won’t go this location anymore. I don’t even want to waste time saying too much—it’s just not worth it. The staff can lie to customers and still refuse to admit it. The attitude was terrible, as if we were the ones who did something wrong. Initially, I didn’t want to leave a review because I understand that working isn’t easy for anyone. However, I am extremely disappointed that such an established store would provide this kind of service.

We've typically stopped by this location over the last few years at least once a week but noticed the quality of service has gone down dramatically. The person at the drive thru speaker often makes us wait a long while after we tell them our name for our mobile order to confirm the order and to drive on to the window. Even if it was early in the morning on a weekend. My ice capps are more like ice coffee at this location. It's unfortunate because I used to get breakfast on the way at this Tims every week, now I don't.
Don't fall for the "specials" misrepresentation. McD's coffee is better. Plus they have a special seniors price and a rewards system.

This branch charges you whatever they like, they charge you more without telling you. I always order a double shot espresso in a small cup with hot water, every time they charge me Americano without telling me. If the amount of espresso in Americano is not same as double shot! When you protest, they will answer with disrespect!
