I recently visited this store and had experience of fresh coffee, excellent donuts and good services ! I really enjoyed it and wanted to recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I have recently visited this Tim Hortons and noticed that their Donuts are looking great and more appetizing than usual. I really appreciate the new baker that they have added to their team and want to say thank you to him and ask him to keep it up! I enjoyed the fresh coffee that they served and their service . Staff very friendly I'm not a coffee drinker cuz they're coffee tastes like crud and I find it to be overpriced last cup of coffee ever had to taste any good wasn't Cuba and Italy the stuff they're serving is like something that was filtered through my gym socks

I asked again without sugar, they made it with sugar, apparently this is the staff’s sense of humor. And they don't like cleanliness at Tim Hortons.
Took them 10 min to take my order with only 2 people in line, once I ordered literally only an iced coffee and farmers wrap I had to stand there and wait for another 15 min before someone even started making my food as people lined up and passed me and a few others waiting in line for food. 1/10 max

My experience at this Tim Hortons was disappointing. I was ordering a drink when the cashier seemed impatient and rushed. Before I could clarify my order, she punched it in, making the wrong drink. When I tried to explain, she was dismissive and rude. On another occasion, I requested no ice, but was given only half a cup full, with the excuse that filling it further would constitute the ice portion. Overall, the service left much to be desired, with a lack of attentiveness and a dismissive attitude towards customer preferences.
