honestly I am an ice cap freak..so I know the proper tasks of almost every single ice cap or every location near by..I know one lady who makes the ice cap almost perfect every time..I believe there is a change of staff and they either put too much syrup or make the ice cap too white.. besides the one African Canadian lady everyone else doesn't make the ice cap that great..maybe train them better as they aren't cheap anymore they cost more now I like my ice caps perfect each time:)

I never leave google reviews but this was worth it. Honestly best staff and service ever!!!!! I come almost every morning to grab my coffee or tea and the staff is always amazing, always postive and always great vibes!!! Loooove them!

This is by far, the best Tim's location that I've personally experienced anywhere in the country! The friendliness of the staff and their efficiency is second to none. Tim's would be well-served to use this location as a training center because they are best-in-class!!

I ordered chili and got another soup. I ordered a donut and got something completely different. they wrote sold out then why did they send completely different food that I have never eaten?????

Worst experience everytime !!an hour ago i bought the rice bowl rice was old even i can’t chew they just put veggies even it smell so bad. I observe alot of times the order was not accurate.
