Very disappointed! I ordered an old fashioned donut and was shocked to see ants crawling out of it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. I expect much better quality and cleanliness from a brand like Tim Hortons. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their food handling and storage practices.

I ordered a farmers wrap. I asked if they can put the hash brown on the side and they refused to do that. Other locations do it for me. They should respect what the customer wants. I wasn't substituting anything, just on the side. Bad service!!

I preorder on the mobile app every morning way ahead of time and yet every morning when I arrive I have to wait at least 15 minutes to receive the order. Only after I complain to the staff do they start preparing it, yet all other people who arrive much later are being served first.It causes lateness especially in the mornings before work. I have alerted the staff on multiple occasions that this is happening, but it seems to be almost purposely done or unimportant to them.
