This location has improved the quality and service little bit. But I Still remember the first time that I got a donut here and had the runs.Whole day. Sometimes my coffee was too sweet whenever I ordered only 1sugar. Had one time I ordered a bagel toasted, it was cold when I picked it up. Coffee just tastes much less lighter than other locations.

Very disappointed! I ordered an old fashioned donut and was shocked to see ants crawling out of it. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. I expect much better quality and cleanliness from a brand like Tim Hortons. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their food handling and storage practices.

Used to be a more pleasant Tims but not recently. Mobile orders take long to get ready. No sticker applied on those for identification. Mistakes happen on items prepared at drive thru.
