Ordered a sausage and bacon English muffin and they didn't put the bacon. They mess up my partners coffee sometimes it's just a cream and sweetener. Happens too often. Thumbs down ?

Just came through the drive-through Brown guy on speaker was super rude, first he told me he had the thing then he told me he didn’t everything he’s unsure about. Also got the order wrong as well. Repeatedly telling me that it’s not his fault and it’s my problem. After driving off making a comment it’s not his fault. He told me repeatedly.

Very disappointed with this location. I go here every morning and get coffee and to use the rest room as I am on the road working and 9 out of 10 Tim’s the rest room is a mess and harangued are not emptyed and no toilet paper. This should all be done after close or before open.

Wrong orders taken whenever you go. Need well-behaved, proper trained staff at the cash counter rather than just focusing on drive-thru. There is a limit to the test of patience customers keep. Quantity and portions are too low compared to other Tims. Customized orders are meant to be made according to customers' preferences. Please do not make faces on the counter. Arent you paid for your job to do that?It's not even an extra effort ?.

Food and Atmosphere is great. Staff needs to learn to listen to the orders, especially the ones in the drive-thru. Many times they really don't pay attention to what is being said, and repeat an order that is totally wrong. They really need training to listen. Coffee orders, majority of time, staff misses to put sugar. Overall only 3.5 stars for this location.

Food and service was average...it probably was better than that but I couldn't look past how dirty the floors were. Haven't been mopped in a long time. Or they were washed with really dirty water. Please wash your floors.

Firstly it is just a Tim Hortons nothing to make it stand out. However they will short you on your orders.1. Ordered an extra large coffee, it was 3/4 filled2. Ordered a bagel with double cream cheese and it had less than what you get for a single at other locations (this happens way too often at this locationThis location is near a bunch of industrial buildings, so they support drive through better than in shop service.

They can't seem to get your order right in the drive thru. Completely messed up my order. Simple large coffee with 1 sugar, instead I get the coffee with milk. Also got a toasted everything bagel with Herb and garlic cream cheese with tomatoes, they forget the tomatoes. That they charged me for. What's the point of the order screen if they don't use it????
