I go out of my way for this Timmy's. Their coffee taste the best -- not too much cream or sugar for my regular. Even though sometimes their drive-thru line is super long, it moves quick. The location attracts some unsavory customers, but the team is efficient and friendly. My favourite Tim's location.

I had a terrible experience at the Tim Hortons located at the Esso gas station. As I was approaching the drive-thru, a man suddenly jumped in front of my car and aggressively screamed at me, asking why I didn’t stop at the stop sign. I was confused and frightened by his behavior and ended up hitting the side curb. I asked him where the stop sign was, and to my shock, he pointed to a blank metal post with no sign at all! I explained that there was no actual stop sign, and that there was plenty of space for cars to pass, but instead of listening, he rudely yelled that I must be blind and should have known it was a stop sign regardless.
His unprofessional and hostile behavior continued, claiming to be the manager of the location. To make things worse, when I asked for an official record of what happened, he started filming me without my consent. Another customer who drove up after me even pointed out how they never closed off the area or placed any warning signs.
This is a serious safety issue. The lack of clear signage combined with the aggressive and rude behavior of the so-called manager is unacceptable. Tim Hortons and Esso need to seriously reconsider who they have managing their stores and prioritize the safety and well-being of their customers. Instead of receiving an apology for the confusion and stress caused, I was met with rude remarks and unprofessionalism. Completely unacceptable! I recorded everything and will follow up this case for sure !

Good customer service goes a long way for me and it's hard to come by now a days. But I must say, this Tim's has the nicest employees I've seen. They are very professional, hard working, and respectful.
As a construction worker I've been to a lot of Tim Hortons locations and I have to say, this location sets a high example on how other Tim Hortons customer service should be.
Keep up the good work!

Very bad service. Staff does not focus to listen to customer orders. More than 5 times get wrong order. Last time two days ago ,the staff named Leila was laughing when I told her sausage egg No cheese and extra large coffee DD. She replied sausage egg with cheese and small DD. I told her this is not my order and she was laughing and careless and saying I was talking to my friend???I told them I will not come to this location any more as I was getting my coffee and breakfast almost every day and I do not think they care.
These guys never get the order right. This is now 2 times where they got my order wrong on the drive thru. I ordered no cheese on my sandwich and I asked them twice each time if there was no cheese and they tell me yes but when I opened it later it has cheese.

Last week, while enduring the freezing cold weather and filling up my car at the gas station, I noticed a team member standing by the order placement area with a tray. Sometimes, he was placing the tray, and other times, he was picking it up, repeating the same actions. After observing for a few minutes, I approached him, and he seemed startled and walked away. Today, when I returned for my coffee, I asked the girl at the window about the situation. She explained that they were adjusting drive-thru times as per the manager's directive, mentioning that failure to do so might result in reduced working hours for the team. I find it unfair for the team member to endure such conditions in the harsh weather, and I hope the higher authorities take appropriate action to address this matter.
