I’ve ordered coffee delivery from you many times, and there’s a problem every single time. One time you forgot a drink, another time you gave me the wrong size. I’ve paid more money and ended up with a smaller size, or sometimes I didn’t get the item at all. It’s terrible.
And the worst part is Tim Hortons customer service. This whole issue isn’t even worth one dollar, but you’re asking me for “proof.” Why would I complain just to get a single dollar back? That makes no sense.
Honestly, I don’t know how the people at this location are even working there. It feels like no one has any responsibility. How can you run a shop when your staff can’t even read a simple order properly? It’s really disappointing.

The service was terrible. I understand it was busy, but there were five people on shift, and while I was standing there waiting to order, two people in front of me left for a break. I understand that people need to take a break, but when there's a long line and two people leave in front of you, is that not normal? I was dissatisfied; I waited for about 20 minutes to be served. And this isn't the first time I've had service like this at this Tim Hortons!
