I came in to this location the morning of Aug 22 around 6:30. In all honesty I’ve stopped buying coffee from Tim’s because no one seems to make it right. This morning I was pleasantly surprised when at the last moment I decided to try again. Whoever was at the front counter, I didn’t catch her name, made me the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. I just want to share my experience honestly so people understand how serious and traumatic something like this can be.
On 15 July, 2025, around 9:30 am, I bought a bagel from this Tim Hortons location. A few minutes later, while eating it outside and after having eaten half of it, I suddenly saw something moving inside it. It was a LIVE COCKROACH inside the food !
The moment I saw it, I felt completely disgusted and nauseous. I started gagging, and I vomited right there. It was so disturbing. I was in complete shock and just couldn’t believe what I had just eaten. It honestly made me feel anxious and shaking.
I went back into the store and told them everything. I also recorded the bagel and have photos and videos as proof. A few people from them called me later, but honestly, the conversations didn’t feel helpful or serious. I expected them to take the situation seriously and show accountability because this was a serious food safety issue, but they didn’t !
After all the stress, I started feeling chest pain and discomfort, and my heart was beating fast. It got to the point that my family doctor told me to go to the hospital based on the heart rate I had. I ended up being it hospital and underwent tests to make sure everything was okay.
This whole thing affected me physically, mentally and emotionally. I still feel disturbed thinking about it, and I never expected something like this from a place I used to trust.

This Tim Hortons is my go to Tim Hortons. They have very friendly staff and nice selection. They are fast and marilee and sahil are very nice and friendly. They always know my order and quite a story telling people. Very comfy and welcoming environment

I stopped by Tim Hortons this evening and was really impressed by the service I received, just wanted to give a quick shout-out to the girl working there , when I asked her name she told me I can call her Ri .she was running the whole show on her own, handling both the Drive-Thru and Storefront. Even with the long lines, she greeted me with a smile and made sure to thank me personally for my patience. When I asked her ,she mentioned her coworker was on break . Despite being swamped, she was warm, helpful, and genuinely appreciated every customer. That stuck with me.Really appreciated her effort.

I went there and 2 gurls was working on drive thru only and then i asked someone serving front she didn’t reply and I waited 15 mints for one drink and the girl was working there was very rude she gave me iced capp with no straw i asked for straw and was being rude to me .. its very disrespectful when people go there and the workers talk like this with them.
