I go out of my way for this Timmy's. Their coffee taste the best -- not too much cream or sugar for my regular. Even though sometimes their drive-thru line is super long, it moves quick. The location attracts some unsavory customers, but the team is efficient and friendly. My favourite Tim's location.
Good customer service goes a long way for me and it's hard to come by now a days. But I must say, this Tim's has the nicest employees I've seen. They are very professional, hard working, and respectful.
As a construction worker I've been to a lot of Tim Hortons locations and I have to say, this location sets a high example on how other Tim Hortons customer service should be.

I find Tim's isn't the same as it once was. The coffee isn't great, and the cashier doesn't understand English, and they don't know the lingo like regular double double they ask 1 sugar 1 cream, and I have to make sure my order is correct before I leave
