Order a ice latte with espresso form and ended up getting a latte with whipped cream. I couldn’t go back to return because of time constraints but totally wasted 5 dollars.

I'm consistently disappointed with the coffee at this location—it always tastes bitter. Even more frustrating is the customer service. One of the staff members actually rolled his eyes when I asked to have my croissant warmed up.

to save some cream. The color of

Not the regular Tim’s, no points, or cold drinks except for pre packed fridge stuff so don’t expect a big menu to choose from. But good service

Make sure you only ordered what they have in mobile order, because you would not get a refund from them. And they will even tell you “you shouldn’t order any item we don’t have” but they have no idea how to fix their mobile order menu.

I ordered a small Iced Capp but was surprised by the fact that it was filled less than it should. I voiced my concern to the person who handed it to me and she added a little more to bring it to a level which is expected every time I order this drink. This is when the person working behind the cash told me that they only fill it to a certain point which is interesting since every other location offers the proper amount. I then told her about how this is not the case with other locations and she said that they will not fill it more next time. I am afraid there will not be a next time if I have to pay the same amount for less product.
