We are not at all liking the new look Tim’s reconstruction at this franchise! Got rid of booths and now open tiny chairs/tables.
Probs want to get rid of people faster?
Anyway , seating looks colder and less efficient use of space.

Tim Hortons always wastes my money when I ask for chocolate donuts. They put them in a paper bag, causing all the chocolate to stick to the paper and ruining my appetite.

I would like to take a moment to thank the hard working staff at this location. They are the sunshine of my mornings. I walk in and my coffee is ready to go. This location is about 10 minutes out of my way to work but it’s worth the drive any day. Friendly warm smiles every day.

Ordered green tea and some other stuff totalling 10+ dollars asked for some cream milk they said YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR CREAM MILK. little bottled cream milks you have to pay. I never ever pay for milk any other location when I asked and this lady ask me to pay because of what reason. Bad unkind customer service and bad food the lady who took my order was bad attitude with me.

I ordered a pizza recently and waiting for more than 15 mins but the pizza was completely burnt.May be they left the pizza in the oven for a long time and forgot to take it out.I will never recommend this place to anyone.Why do they serve burned food to the customers?
Is this how they maintain their food quality ?

Some staff members are good, while others are currently unable to speak English. The manager is very rude; I just overheard a conversation between a student and the manager, and it was apparent that the manager's behavior was racist. One individual asked the manager about submitting his resume, but the manager refused and spoke rudely. Additionally, a staff member lied to the individual, claiming that the manager was not on-site. Most of the staff are Asian and do not know how to speak English. Be aware of this kind of situation. It was a really horrible experience.

Awful service and you won’t get real coffee

Clean. Friendly Staff. Overall Quick Service. Awesome little stop for those traveling by bus looking for a coffee. They remember their regulars and their orders quickly. These things make up for the following. Not much food other than a few cookies, muffins and donuts. No iced capps or iced coffee.

Part- timers here hours are ridiculous only coffee tea and pastries personally across the street is better drive thru or dine in and everything available here service a little slow but it is getting better. In my opinion there should not be a timmies inside esso too crowded line ups intercede.
