I work in this plaza so I always get a cold brew from them every morning. They constantly mess up the order but today was another level I have never seen any coffee be completely white. This is supposed to be a roasted hazelnut cold brew it should not be this white! Or white at all! It just has a small amount of cold foam on the top but not half the cup!!! I asked them to remake the drink and still was made the same way it generally is not that hard to make a drink

I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons every day for nearly 3 years now and of all the Timmies this one’s definitely my favourite.
The staff all give exemplary services and I’ll pick this Tim Hortons over any other coffee shop anytime

Bathroom is not maintained what so ever. smells like urine and fecal matter. No soap in the bathroom and when asked was told there is no soap available. I feel very unsafe about eating or drinking here. So I left immediately.
Been going to this Tim's for 20 years.
Food is great and so is staff. BUT,
Every year becoming the filthiest Tim's I go to. Windows haven't been cleaned in 20 years I think or the doors. Floors are never washed. This location needs a major renovation inside. Disgusting.

I’ve officially had it with this Tim Hortons location – and frankly, the entire chain deserves to be called out. I came in yet again today for a chocolate croissant (a basic menu item!), and surprise, surprise: they didn’t have it. Why keep it on the menu if it’s never available? It’s misleading, lazy, and downright disrespectful to customers.
And let’s be honest – on the rare occasion they do have it, it’s a sad excuse for a pastry. Stale and nothing like what’s advertised. It's like no one at any Tim Hortons location knows how to make it properly. This isn’t just one bad visit – this is a consistent pattern of poor service, nonexistent quality control, and a lack of basic professionalism.
To whoever’s running the show at headquarters: you should be ashamed. You’ve turned into a Mickey Mouse operation. You’ve lowered the bar so far that people expect disappointment walking in. If this is the standard you’re proud of, then your priorities are completely backwards.
Don’t waste your time, your money, or your appetite. There are dozens of local cafés that care about their customers and actually serve what they advertise.
Staff is coughing with dirty hands and, worst of all, when they make and hand you your food, it has a thin wrapper for wraps and no paper bags when they make the food and pass it throughout the staff to you. Clearly bad for huygnie. They hand you spoons without any plastic covers. Tim Hortons has lowered their food and health quality standards over eco friendly cost cutting options. Never going again!

I have been going to this location for the past 4+ years. I would say compared to every other Tim's, this was the best and most consistent. I go everyday to grab an iced coffee, but recently now there is inconsistency with my drink. Now I receive drinks with way too much cream and way too much ice.
I decided to ask the person who made my drink to remake it, and he tells me "its regular ice bro". He doesn't immediately help me and continues taking orders, while another employee instead helps remake it with no issues. I am not one who often complains, but when it is something that has been constantly been an issue for the past month, then there is an issue.
Attached are the pictures of the drink Mr "its regular ice bro" made compared to the one his colleague made. Every other employee at this location is competent, but if you see the only guy that wears a turban, just expect it to be regular ice bro.

We were the regular customers of this franchise, visited today morning and faced unprofessional, unethical and rude behaviour of the staff named Garry, he raised his voice in front of so many customers. You can check the camera recording between 8:55 AM till 9:05 AM today . This guy needs proper training and upon questioning what is his position, he claimed that he is the manager . To be honest , this guy doesn’t deserve to be a part of Tim Hortons . .
