Staff is coughing with dirty hands and, worst of all, when they make and hand you your food, it has a thin wrapper for wraps and no paper bags when they make the food and pass it throughout the staff to you. Clearly bad for huygnie. They hand you spoons without any plastic covers. Tim Hortons has lowered their food and health quality standards over eco friendly cost cutting options. Never going again!

I have been going to this location for the past 4+ years. I would say compared to every other Tim's, this was the best and most consistent. I go everyday to grab an iced coffee, but recently now there is inconsistency with my drink. Now I receive drinks with way too much cream and way too much ice.
I decided to ask the person who made my drink to remake it, and he tells me "its regular ice bro". He doesn't immediately help me and continues taking orders, while another employee instead helps remake it with no issues. I am not one who often complains, but when it is something that has been constantly been an issue for the past month, then there is an issue.
Attached are the pictures of the drink Mr "its regular ice bro" made compared to the one his colleague made. Every other employee at this location is competent, but if you see the only guy that wears a turban, just expect it to be regular ice bro.

We were the regular customers of this franchise, visited today morning and faced unprofessional, unethical and rude behaviour of the staff named Garry, he raised his voice in front of so many customers. You can check the camera recording between 8:55 AM till 9:05 AM today . This guy needs proper training and upon questioning what is his position, he claimed that he is the manager . To be honest , this guy doesn’t deserve to be a part of Tim Hortons . .

They are all persian and its perfect
This has been one of my most visited Tim Hortons but recently the service has plummeted. The person taking the order on the drive through almost didn’t feel like responding referring me to look at the screen with his exact words being ‘look at the screen bro!’ I understand that customer service can be hard but I didn’t drive there to be treated with such sass, sarcasm, and rudeness. Another experience recently was about just basic order-taking skills which seemed to be absent during drive through. The only positive is the lady who is really nice when it comes to customer orders and is always respectful!
When it comes to the food, we got 3 wraps which had undercooked rice and a lack of flavour. 2 vanilla cream cold brews had completely different tastes. Not sure how that happens.

I just asked a simple question to see if they have lemon or not and they were being so rude by saying is this your first time in Tim Hortons and this is not a five star hotel
I have the right to ask for my need and if they dont have it its fine
But the staff should learn to be more polite with customers

Someone please clean this place!
I come to this location numerous amounts of times and I always go through the drive thru. There is always the same lady who never has a smile on her face, never says my total, or asks if I have an account with Tim's. Today I ordered at 1-2pm and I paid in cash, not realizing I was short a dollar. Instead of saying it nicely, she gave me attitude and raised her voice a little bit. I understand people have hard days, I work as a cashier too so I understand, but this lady never gives any good customer service. The other people here are very nice, it's just that one worker clearly needs to go through her training again.
