The lack of glove use while preparing sandwiches and handling donut toppings is a clear violation of hygiene standards, especially when done in full view of customers. With all due respect to the beloved Tim Hortons brand, I expect prompt and serious attention to this matter.

I came here with my family today from a road trip from Quebec and I have to say we had the most wonderful experience here. The staff were wonderful, kind and catered to everything of our liking. The atmosphere was very bright and joyful and we had a wonderful time.

Food handing practices are not what they shoud be. Gloved hands touching food then the cash and counters - same set of gloves. Why wear them. If I wanted to put my mouth over all the surfaces that's just what you're doing to me.

I visit this Tim Hortons location on a daily basis to enjoy my breakfast and spend some quiet time before heading to work. The staff members are consistently friendly, courteous, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere that I genuinely appreciate. The premises are always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Today July 10 at 7:50pm shift there was Chinese gentleman made my day by great customer service. I forgot to ask for his name but I’ll return this location many times on the way home again just want to say thank you. Hope I can see you again and thanks for made my drink extra awesome
