If I could give zero stars, I would. This was my first terrible experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a $10.99 Halloween Timbits Bucket with Timbits, but all I received was an empty bucket. What made it worse was how I was treated when I went back to let them know. An employee named MICHAEL was extremely impatient and unwilling to help—as if it were my fault. It was their basic mistake; it’s like ordering a coffee and getting an empty cup. Not only did I not receive a sincere apology, but I was also met with such rude service. Completely unacceptable!

this was probably the worst tim Horton i have ever been to. The donut was way to sweet than the got my order wrong and had to pay twice for one drink. my wrap did not have any sauce either.

Im throwing the iced cap not tasting like it plus they don’t toast or grill croissant coz its a fire hazard but they can toast and grill everything else. The cashier was African American and he was basically being racist towards me Indian. I have ordered here 1000 tims im working in the mal for the past 3 years but never got treated like this

This Tim Hortons is a handy spot if you’re at Hillcrest Mall and need a quick coffee or snack. It’s right inside the mall, near the entrance, so it’s easy to get to whether you’re doing errands or just hanging out.
One nice bonus is that parking at Hillcrest is totally free, and there’s usually plenty of it—even on weekends. That makes popping in for a coffee super convenient, especially if you’re not planning to stay at the mall long.
The Tim’s itself is pretty standard—coffee, donuts, sandwiches—all the usual favorites. The line can get a bit long during peak hours, and the service can feel rushed or a little disorganized at times. I’ve had the occasional wrong order, but nothing that wasn’t fixable.
It’s more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, especially when it’s busy. However, there is plenty of seats in the food court area. If you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix while shopping or before heading out, it does the trick.

Even when my rewards card was scanned I did not only not get my offer nor my points. The manager was rude and did nothing. The digital team is just as useless. Why even bother having customer service when you do nothing to address concerns???

Aika gave me such an amazing customer service despite this location being so busy and a long line up behind me. So professional and patient, answered all my questions I had about a new menu item, overall an amazing experience and great service! I also appreciate the other staff there being so friendly and helpful.
