Food was good and there was a long line but it moved quickly. It seemed like other people were being served despite ordering way after me. We ended up waiting 20+ minutes for a chicken wrap.
It may have been just a one time situation however, their service did not meet my expectation.

I bought an ice tea in a bottle today which is not cold enough so I asked the cashier to give me ice on the side. The lady whose name AIKA gave very few pieces of ice that not even enough for a bottle of huge ice tea to make it cold at least plus no lid on it. When I asked her “ miss can I have the lid for this, she look at me straight in the eyes and rudely said “ We don’t provide a lid unless if you pay 10 cents” . I repeat and said again to her “ this is not cold enough that’s why I’m asking you for the ice and lid” it’s not that I didn’t even buy here. Very bad and rude approach customer service from this AIKA.

We ordered thru the Mobile app. When we were about to pickup our order, someone already took our order. The manager said they can't do anything about it. We had a copy of the receipt and was able to show it but still they rejected our request. Mobile orders should not be given without the customer showing the order number from their phone for confirmation. We always buy from this branch and indeed this was a very bad experience for us.
