Service and food was great.

My negative feedback is related to the “treat” provided with the kids meals. Rice Krispies are terrible for kids and they contain hazardous additives. Strongly suggest the company try a more natural sweet treat. Hoping this gets the attention of the marketing department to drive operational procurement decisions.

I was there this past week for a date night with my wife. We haven't enjoyed eating out like we did at this place in a very long time. I had the carbonara and my wife had the blackened salmon. Then for desert we had the toffee pudding. Oh gosh! All meals were 10/10.
Thanks for making my Sunday night a good one. Will definitely come back

So slow!!! Came with 4 hungry kids, we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took nearly 45min to get a few simple kids meals out. Do not come here with kids unless they and you are very patient
Server also inattentive, we needed things and she didn’t come by to check on us enough. Even though we were her only table but instead she sat in a booth chatting with the hostess

Went in for a couple of beers and a Calamari and was billed $48. What a joke!

Decent Food, but Lacking Flavor – fast Service Despite Challenges

Turtle Jack’s had some potential with its menu, but the food really missed the mark on flavor. The dishes looked okay, but they just didn’t have the taste to match.
However, the saving grace was the service. One server was doing her best as she was the only server in the restaurant along with a host, running around to take care of multiple tables, while another male server relaxed by the bar. The poor girl doing all the work, but she kept a positive attitude and made sure that everything was taken care of.
If the food improved and the staff were better managed, it could be a great spot.

We just went there for dessert.
Love the Skor brownie. Will recommend this dessert everyone time. Delicious! A little expensive for dessert but good.

Very disappointed i had the seafood fettuccine it was greasy and we both shared the caesar salad. Mine was wilted so i asked the server to get me a fresh one. Its wasn't even real dressing it tasted like store bought. you pay enough for the food i guess there trying to cut costs like most places are these days. My friend had the Bisson meatloaf which tasted pretty good but he didn't like the demi glaze too much peppercorns? The server wasn't quick as the place was pretty dead it was around 4-5pm when we were there to have an early dinner. She was nice though.
we should have gone to East Side Marios lol but it was kinda far in Aurora. I wont be going back there unfortunately.

Excellent venue for small gatherings

I do understand that allergies are ultimately my responsibility but when i’m with someone who has a deadly nut and peanut allergy and we inform the wait staff of the allergy it would be nice if they had informed me the dish I had ordered was made with whole peanuts. If I hadn’t recognized them and asked I could have severally injured or killed my boyfriend. As it was I didn’t notice till after I had taken a bit.

I do understand I should have asked before hand but it would have been nice if some one had mentioned it to me before the food arrived or even better at the point of ordering that they where in the dish because peanuts where not listed in the ingredients to my knowledge. It takes brushing your teeth and waiting 4-6hours before contact can be safe. Please take this into consideration when training wait staff. I recognized the nuts before anything happened not everyone will.

I'll start by saying I worked at the original Brampton location for years back in the day and have always been a fan. Each time I come back to Ontario I try and make it a stop. This time I ordered through DoorDash for a group of us and realized that they had not sent almost half of my wings. So I ended up getting some money refunded through DoorDash, but paying an extra 30$ for what would have been my original order which was already over 150$ (after tax, tip, and delivery fee). The food was good, of course. The wings are the best in the whole country (I have tried to find better and failed)... but I was disappointed that the order was not double checked before being packed for delivery, especially since TJ's say they can't 'do anything' in those situations.

Wait staff was great and friendly, but for the manager to be too busy to come see a customer with issues on the food quality is unacceptable.
