Amazing burger, chicken Fajita and I love power bowl. Price is very reasonable.

We came during the week٫ lots of room available, and the place that we got seated was in front of the washrooms.I have never seen loads of large cut lettuce on Nachos! And it was bad, tasted like a dry salad without seasoning and dressing for 27$. It was by far one of the worst Nachos that we had.The blackened bass ? were salty and dry, if we weren't really hungry we wouldn't eat it.The staff were nice, attentive and kind, but the overall experience is 2*. I wanted to say maybe it's not good for food but it's a place for drinks, but 9.25$ for a tap beer seams overpriced to me.

My family was looking for a place to stop for dinner. We chose Turtle Jacks. We had an excellent experience at this location. We sat on the patio and our server Sina was amazing. He was very polite, helpful, attentive and a real pleasure as our server. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. All 4 of us were very happy with the food choices we made. I had blackened salmon and it was delicious.

Disappointed, the food was average, although I ordered a burger with jalapenos, none could be found on the burger, sat on the patio, saw a small mouse run from the kitchen, The servers were mostly unattentive to our needs, the restaurant was not that busy. The plus side is it has a decent bar.

When for dinner at 9ish, it was not crowded. The service was slow with attitude. The drinks were served wrong with not apology. Food came 30mins or more after order. Server never came back to the table, not even for the bill and changes. Only reason we when is that it opens till 11pm. This place is not recommended .

It was a good experience overall loved the food. The wait wasn't so bad. Service was fast. Ambiance was amazing. Celebrated a birthday and the staff was accommodating can't say that they were friendly. But that was a really good lunch. My appreciation for the chef and the kitchen. ❤️

Who puts [warm] cucumbers on a bruschetta ? Flavor profile all wrong. Entree was so salty i couldnt eat it, and i famously oversalt everything, so it must have been wayyyy oversalted if even i couldnt eat it. Wife gave up after two bites. Server was nice but she never came back tk check on apps or entrees at all, and it was impossible to get a second drink or refill.Plates they served the food on were dirty. How did no one notice ?? When you walk in the first thing you see is storage piled up in the first booth. That should have been my first clue to leave, i guess.Basically, we just paid $100 to sit around waiting and leave unsatisfied. Would not recommend at all.

Waitress was very nice, but ordered an pomegranate martini and it was good but not as sweet as I was expecting and tasted watered down. The fajitas were very good but the chicken was a little burnt. Overall I would have given this place 5 stars ……The only problem that I had was that the waitress and chef were asking us to give them a good review. I wouldn’t normally have a problem with this but first the chef starts telling us how good his sauce is that he made for our meal then tells us to leave the BEST review, which was fine. BUT THEN he must have told the waitress to tell us to leave a good review… and we were told a second time about how good the restaurant is and how we should leave a 5 star review. Not trying to be harsh here but ONCE is enough and would be fine. I felt that the servers were convincing us that we have to leave a good review. My thought is that maybe they don’t have enough good reviews and may shut down.Overall would recommend this restaurant BUT the chef and waitress shouldn’t be asking for good reviews, although they we’re being nice about it. I personally think that asking for good reviews leads to less people wanting to eat at the restaurant. People shouldn’t feel pressured to leave a good review.

I had such an amazing experience at this location, Dalia was my server and I was so impressed by how quick the service was. Dalia was so attentive to our table, we rarely needed to ask for anything, she was always there when we needed refills and gave us great advice on menu options! I love service like this and will definitely be back ❤?Thank you Dalia for being awesome and making our experience a great one!

Really good service!! Clean restaurant, very upbeat. The best server at any restaurant I have ever been to had to be this young lady named Dalia. She was so kind, polite and brought good energy. Came to our table when we needed something and did not hestitate to make any adjustments to our table if we needed to. Best server !!

I went to turtle jacks yesterday for the first time. I ordered the 10 wings. This cost $17.95. I didn't know you were allowed to use baby chicks because the wings were the size of my baby finger. It is the smallest wings I have ever seen. Someone else at the table ordered the soup and salad and the soup was water. Needless to say I will be crossing this restaurant off my list. I would've taken a picture of the wings but my phone does not have that good of a zoom capability to be able to have seen them.

I ordered chicken Alfredo fettuccine and it was not the best. The fettuccine was not cooked (not andante at all) and they stick together. The chicken was grilled and it was not cooked and I could see pinkish-red spots. I had great companies and it felt better to have food with them. However, I do not recommend anyone to get the chicken Alfredo fettuccine unless they change their chef! Also, our server was not there when we needed her although the restaurant was not that busy !

This was the first patio dining we did this year (along with our two young toddlers, aged 2 & 4) and our first time at this location. Service was great, patio was nice and spacious, and really appreciated how they accommodated us by providing high chair/booster seats, along with a good variety of children's meals to choose from for the kids. The food was okay, it could be better and that's why I'm giving it a 4 star instead of 5. The "freshly sliced apples" that were included and given to the kids as part of their meals were all bad, had dark browning all over (so we put them aside and didn't want our kids eating them), and the carrots were huge (even for adults so definitely a potential choking hazard for kids). My salad was drenched in dressing sauce (and trust me, I love extra dressing/sauce so I usually ask for more but didn't do so this time around) and the fries we got were all soggy and not crispy or warm/hot at all. The wait for food was a bit longer than we anticipated as well, but everything eventually came. The chicken fingers, and tacos were good, but nothing special. Overall, a nice place to dine at, but improvements to the quality of food can be made. Thanks for having us.

When there for the first time on a whim, was at the Canadian tire. Our server was really nice and informational. I ordered the Chicken Fettuinine Alfredo and my boyfriend had the Classic Burger with Sweet potato fries as a side. The burger was phenomenal, and the fries were amazing. The Alfredo chicken was dry and the pasta was gummy (wasn't freshly made). Granted I should have asked for a different meal but was consumed anyway. The menu looked really good, a bit on the pricey side but quality is what matters. I would go again and try something else. Again, the server asked me at the end of the meal if the food was good, I really appreciated that. Would recommend or try another location.
