We ordered take out, 5 dishes includes 2 containers of rice and 2 soup. $75

The fried pork chops were over cooked and dry, rest of the food was ok.

Poor service and bad setting out of tables. It served as food court style ! Too bad !

Had both dine in and takeout during dinner hours and the food was delicious! My most pleasant surprise was their included soup of the day, chicken and ginseng soup!

All the dishes are prepped with care and packed with "wok hay" consistently. If they can keep it up I'll keep ordering.

I give them 8.5/10!

Very bad customer service. Have made a reservation at 6.30pm on Sat night. They told us there were no seats and we need to wait together with other customers who didn't make any reservations. Would not recommend this restaurant and will never come back.

Went for the free half chicken or gulou pork if you spend a minimum of $25.

Went for combo C. The BBQ 2 style was ok. The veggie is tasty, fresh, and crunchy.
They have a promotion: Lunch dine in minimum $25 get a coupon.

The post quite confusing to me, it says lunch $25 get half chicken or Gulou Pork, but then when I asked them, they said they would give a coupon and it could only be used for dinner... but then you have to spend a minimum of $28 for dinner dine in in order to eat the gulou pork or chicken???

the coupon offers shell shrimp in Maggie sauce or fish fillet with corn sauce.

Ended up no free gulou or chicken. ?

Did I interpret it wrong? What do you think. ?

If you go there after three o'clock, you can eat the food produced by Uncle Rong D. I can only say that this is a treasure shop. The taste is in the top three of Richmond Hill. As long as it is produced by Uncle Rong. . . Remember to try the 20-dollar chicken pot, eggplant and beef brisket pot, belly belly and tofu pot, squab (order a few hours in advance), fried rice with salted fish and chicken, which is more delicious than scrambled eggs with olive greens, beans and string beans. . Next time, I will go with a few close friends to try the winter melon cup.

Food is ok, service was good. Most fishes were ok.. the wok stir fry noodles needed more wok hay.

Recommend any dish on a hot sizzling plate.

Seafood is fresh.

Free range chicken and rice, and the pork belly with preserved vegetables and rice were huge portions and good for lunch. The chicken and pork were tender as well.

The plaza this restaurant is located in is a bit rundown. The restaurant itself is brightly lit and seems vibrant enough. On a Monday night before six, the place was already about half full. Only 2 servers but the service was fine and both servers were very friendly.The food was good, portions were good size and pretty good value. I also noticed that they have quite a few set meals to choose from. Good choice for a low-key Cantonese meal.

Food was excellent; hot, fresh and very flavorful. Service was efficient although the second dish came out quite a bit after the first. Portion size is on the larger side. Price point is on par with most of the local restaurants. We will definitely come back to gauge the cook's skills (in other dishes) and consistency.Please note: the advertised specials (posted on the wall in Chinese) was somewhat misleading - the coupon, once you qualified, can only be used when you come back, and then it is for dinner only.

Surprisingly,  without having a reservation on Friday evening, we, a group of five adults, found a empty dining table on this Chinese Restaurant.  We ordered 5 dishes, including shrimps with vegetables (時菜炒蝦球），Pork Chop in spicy salt（椒鹽肉排)，Beef tenderloin cubes in Maggi sauce （美極牛柳粒），Deep fried pork intestine （ 香炸大腸），Oysters with ginger and onion （ 薑蔥生蠔）。All dishes came very quickly after we've placed our order, however, few dishes were marinated overpowering, not deep fried enough and tasted with MSG。The Oysters with ginger and onion （ 薑蔥生蠔）is supposed to cook on clay hotpot, but rather it came and served with dish. It would be better if it has prepared in the hot pot.  Pork intestine is disappointed and it came without wok hei (鑊氣)。This restaurant is small and the tables seem to be layout very close to each other.  Am I coming back?  ?

Served us a dead tilapia towards closing while there were lots of live ones in the tank. Told waitress about the fish but she didn't do anything about it. Seems to be how they do business, never coming back.

Had a chance to dine at Uncle Wing’s Kitchen today. We were there for dinner; typical Hong Kong style food. The food was very authentic. The restaurant was clean & the atmosphere was very pleasant; unlike some Hong Kong restaurants. However the service poor, everything took for ever to bring it over.
