Table is too small for 5 people. This is the first time I tried Shabu Shabu. It is ok only as the beef for Shabu Shabu is too thin to really taste the different of different beef.Lots of choices on sauce and appetizers.

Firstly I have to say the service was terrible. We had rsvt for 9ppl but when we came they didn’t even have the table ready and they said we had to seat separately unless we pay more than $500 total bill for a private room (of course we do AYCE, will we pay less $500 for 9 adults?). Secondly, the washroom was dirty, awful like they haven’t cleaned for days. Finally, some food were sold out like we only have meats never have vegetables. Meats are fresh, good. Soup base was taseteless.

Amazing food! Service was a little lack luster but it was okay. Meat was very tasty and fresh so were the other options. Definitely will be back to try the other

I tried their sukiyaki as pot base last night. I heard it was number ONE rated pot base in the restaurant. BUT it tasted awful!!! All I can taste was sweetness,it was nothing else, not even a bit of salty or some other kind of flavor OTHER than sweet! and the longer it cooks the sweeter it gets! And there wasn't much items to choose, so we ended up getting just a few fried stuff from the kitchen.Besides, the service was TERRIBLE! The lady literally SLAM the spoon on our table when she delivers our dessert, eventhough I somehow paid the bill with sufficient amount of gratuity, she didn't even thank me for that, it felt I own her more??!!! my gratuity should be a reward for better service, but definitely not the service like hers!!!!!Overall was expensive and totally not worth it!

It costs 110 dollars for two people. The condiments on the bottom of the pot have a strange smell. I feel like vomiting after taking two mouthfuls. They also tricked me into giving cash to wagyu. What a big grievance. I really regret going to his place. It’s so bad?

Mediocre food for the price point. There are much better options in the area for more value. A less diversified menu isn't the main problem though - it's that damn cleaning bucket that gets strolled around reeking of cleaning detergents when you're trying to enjoy a bland coconut milk soup base. Might I suggest the usual wet rag and spray on cleaner? It made the experience that had good potential decrease in rating... fast.

We finally got a chance to come to Ushi Shabu Shabu for lunch today. They created a very nice environment, Colors were very serene and relaxing. The layout was nice and spacious enough for some privacy. We ordered the lunch special AYCE which included the broth.Tried the lamb, beef, beef balls, pork bacon & sausage. Seafood was shrimp, squid, mussels, crabmeat and steel head fish. Other sides were Napa, lettuce, tofu, lotus root, mellon, udon and soba. Also I like the fact that the meats came labeled so I knew exactly what type of beef I was eating.Items we chose were pretty standard but the quality was very good. The condiments bar up front provided some very good flavours for dipping. Also there were some cold appetizers ie kimchi, bean sprouts, green seaweed etc.We order the food via our phone from the QR code and it come quickly. The servers cleared plates quickly and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal, so refreshing!Certainly recommend USS and we will be back!

We tried this for the first time! Ordering was easy through the phone and the service was great! Food comes quickly and you can order as many pieces as you like. We pick a coconut milk soup base and the tonkatsu one. Both was great! The classic was good and there were some cooked foods too like fried squid balls and fries. For the hot pot, you could order an onsen egg for dipping. The mango shaved ice was really good! Overall was a good experience!

Food was fresh and nice ambience. Very interesting show pieces on the way to the washroom. Even more interesting and different experience to be served by a robot! The soup base was a little towards the salty part. But the meat was very fresh and tasty!Vegetarian options: Not suitable for vegetarian or vegans..Parking: We came here for late night dinner, so there was quite a bit of parking, but in the past, parking in this plaza is usually difficult.

Honestly this is probably the worst hotpot place we've been too. The customer service was exceptional, they have great meat selection. So what went wrong?Well it's pricey, which is understandable with the reasons above. However hotpot is only as good as it's dipping sauces and this place is to limited and esoteric. (Best was onsen egg, which is almost raw egg, but it was pretty good). The other issue was the broth which were lack luster, not sure if they were trying to accentuate the meat, but it fials miserably. Finally the service was great but the tables are way to small, I feel bad for the servers having to serve "hand and foot" each time you place a piece of meat into the broth. If you're a real hotpot lover, ie: care about sauce, dipping sauces and cheap eats and relaxing atmosphere for you to eat at your own pace... Unfortunately this place isn't it. I would have given a 1 star but the service was 5 and great meat just no seasoning. Also they ONLY accept debit or cash.

Good food. Nice place. You can choose between large and single pot. With large pot you can choose between one flavour soup base or two flavors soup bases. We are group of three, so we choose large with two flavors soup bases, one side was ox bone soup and the other side was black pepper chicken soup. Variety choices of food ?. There is a sauce bar that you can mix the sauces for the food and a snack bar with seaweed salad, bean spouts, watermelon, orange slices, cantaloupe and more.

I have been there few times. My experiences have been good which are including its food, service and atmosphere. I like it different from the spicy hot pot places because I don't get the "smell" after eating, even I like spicy food. It's always good to have another choice when you are hungry, right?

Best value for hot pot, if you are not a big meat eater, the basic set for 16.00 is enough for you, tomato soup base is very good.
