Vava Designer Cakes Richmond Hill

My family really enjoyed the cake from Vava. The decoration was perfect, exactly like the picture and even more impressive in appearance in person.

Cake flavour is good - taro mochi, lovely flavoured mochi bits, light chiffon cake.

My family loves VAVA and always order from them during special occasions. Cakes are quite expensive these days but the price you pay for is so worth it! The flavours of the cake are good, the inside of the cake is never dry! The designs are so pretty. They have different ones for every occasion. The customer service is also excellent.

Got these cupcakes as a gift. While I’m not a big cream person, I was pleasantly surprised how light both the cream and cake were. Great variety of flavours to try (taro mochi, cheese, mocha, strawberry, mango, oreo)!

This is one of my go-to spots for cakes — I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve visited. Whether it’s their sponge cakes, mini cakes, or their most famous cupcakes, everything is consistently amazing.

The cream is light, not overly sweet, and incredibly smooth. I often pick up a box of six cupcakes as a small treat for coworkers, a gift when visiting friends, or something easy to bring to a picnic. It’s perfect for any occasion — thoughtful, delicious, and so convenient.

Their sponge cakes are seriously some of the best I’ve had — soft, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness.

Pricing is super reasonable too — around $20+ for a box of six, and individual cupcakes are just a few dollars each. Great value for something that always impresses.

One of the best Asian Cake in Ontario - pricey but worth it. Fresh, great customer service (order through whatsapp). Cake not so sweet, moist good. fresh fruit. Always recommend to friend.

When this place first opened, the cupcakes were delicious, and I was an enthusiastic customer, even choosing them for my birthday cake. However, I was disappointed to find that the cream was not as tasty as before, especially on the birthday cake, which seemed to prioritize appearance over flavour. The cake itself was quite dry, leaving me unwilling to give it another chance. I've also noticed that the service can be lacking during busy holidays, which detracts from the overall experience.

We ordered a custom mochi taro cake and it was delicious! They got the design to the tea and I have to say I’m not usually a taro person but something about their taro is so good. We had the whole party going back for seconds. We also expected their prices to be way higher than expected because they’re so popular but their prices are actually very reasonable compared to other cake shops. This is definitely one of my go to cake spots to order cakes for special occasions!

Tastes really good. We choose Vava all the time:)
