Mike was knowledgeable and recommended good red wines based on our taste preferences. He also let us sample a few so we could see what the end product would taste like. This Vin Bon makes excellent wine and the price can't be beat. This will be our third year making wine with them. We travel in the UK and Europe (including southern Europe) often, and find it hard to find good wine that is reasonably priced in Ontario. If you are like us and enjoy wine, you need to try this place.
