We ate at the Richmond Hill location this time. Good food. Nice place. Only negative was the female server had ear buds in one ear. She could not hear us if we called her. Also she kept removing and replacing her earbud. Unsanitary and unprofessional. She was not very friendly either. The Woodbridge location was much better.

Got pizza and the chicken parm. The pizza had nice ingredients but was burnt and left the taste on your pallet. The pasta sauce tasted authentic, but had nothing else to write home about. Cost 82$ for 2 pizza and the parm, sizes were small considering the prices.

For a chain restaurant, the pasta and pizza is not bad at all. BUT do not order the Apollo Alla Griglia. It’s must be the worst dish ever. It tasted like a 5 year old cooked it. Absolutely no seasoning, the chicken was rubbery. It looked nothing like the picture. The potato tasted a few days old. Please just stick with the pasta and pizza, fried items haha

The service here is very good. They are attentive and prompt and family friendly. However the food here is so disappointing. At the end of the day I’m here to eat, so good service cannot make up for bad food.
We ordered two pastas with tomato based sauce. The sauce was so bland, it tasted like just straight out of a can. Some restaurants would add a little bit of basil flakes or something to add some colour—here nope just straight up red with chunks of tomato.

We tried Vivo because my daughter insisted we try a restaurant that had Spaghetti Carbonara on the menu, LOL! She loved it! My husband & I shared the Primavera Pizza and the Fettucine Alfredo and my son had Penne Pomodoro. The food was really good! My husband didn't love it but we all did. The portions were generous and the food was fresh & tasty. We did find the chairs uncomfortable.

Came here to catch up with some friends and we had a lovely time. Our waitress got us seated right away and gave us a quick rundown of the specials they had. We all got different dishes and they all tasted amazing. Our waitress was really nice and took a pic of all of us as well. Definitely a great spot to try out if you’re feeling some quality Italian cuisine!

Excellent customer service and place was very clean. Ordered take-out of pizza, spaghetti & 2 cans of pop for a total of exactly $50. Pizza Vivo had excellent taste/flavour, but base was extremely thin, so to pick it up to eat was quite difficult. You would need to eat this with a knife/fork. The spaghetti pomodoro was the real let down unfortunately. It tasted quite bad, like it came out of a can. Flavour was poor, and not worth the price. The other food in the menu looks good as they had a TV screen showing some of their other items available to have. Overall, an average food experience, not worth the price, but the service seemed to be very good and professional.
